Thank you so much for having Courtney and I. We had an incredible time. You guy’s are absolute legends and the visit was a highlight of my career. Thanks Titan for always supporting me and helping me rise to be the best I can be 💯🚀
that’s my aunt and uncle! ❤❤ i remember everyone coming home talking about starting a machine shop and having no idea what they were talking about,i mean all i knew is that my dad and uncle were starting some business doing something i’ve never heard of- it’s crazy how different things are now, they’ve come so far! i think i’ll always be inspired by having people like them, who really make things happen, in my life and in my family!!!
So many people see generacional wealth as privilage.. When in fact it is people like your family who took a risk and did what many don't. Once you take those steps sonthing changes in the way the stars align. It is the generations that follow who will benefit from that sacrifice. "Knowledge is power" are very true words... Legacy is the result... And I am in Awe of what is unfolding before our eyes. This is the lever to push on a monumental level.
Tams, I don’t were I would be without you. We have been through everything together. I’m so thankful to have you as my Sister. Thanks for always being there for me ❤ That Kev guy is pretty awesome too 😘
The interview touched on one of the biggest problems for most bigger companies that do Manufacturing in America. 20 years before a new pieces of Equipment was purchased. Been in 100's of shops and this story is all to common. Great story and knew long ago I never wanted to own my own shop. Happy just being a consultant and programming doing what a crazy^millman should do.
I am just starting my home shop here in rural Michigan with a TM-2P. It has been an endeavor. The Concept of this podcast has been incredibly motivating for me for this one simple fact. "People become what they fill their head with". And there's enough political B.S. Podcasts... This one keeps my mind on target and even after a 12hr day running a boring mill on nights where corporate managers just don't get it. I can still find time to build walls and get my family's future set in my shop. This / We are this countries solution with God at our side and the strength of 10 men under our wings! I am about to go order a Titans Machinist Stone Right now!
Hey! I found your channel through compulsive shorts scrolling. I'm a 24 year old toolmaking apprentice through the shop that gave me the opportunity. There's tons of CNC machines in our shop and I'm looking forward to getting training on them. I'm very curious, where is your shop located? Or where else are there machining opportunities generally focused, when I finish my apprenticeship and put some time in, I have a long-term plan to move elsewhere out of dingy Erie, PA, and I'm hoping to find greener pastures maybe somewhere more southern.
What’s going on with the Fanuc robots? Those aren’t collaborative so you’re going to set up a long run cell with auto door open and close, part change, with lights curtains and safety? Who’s doing your automation? You got a in house guy? Lmk
Yes, on all… and we’re doing it ourselves. We will also teach how to do job changeovers quickly. And how to move the robots from machine to machine. We are also a distributor for the automation cells.
Haha, I'll take it as a compliment! Truth be told, I have nothing but love for our manufacturing community. Prior to coming on board with TITANS of CNC I did work with CNC machines, so I do share the same passion for the trade as you all. I was taught on the foundation of integrity, quality, and pride in workmanship, to which I hold true to when moderating the community. I want nothing more than for each community member to be successful in their endeavors and carry themselves in a way that positively highlights the role model I know they're capable of being. You never know when you may be having a conversation with your future boss. The same doors of opportunity I've been Blessed with in this trade, I equally want for all of you. Sometimes we all need a little tough love. 😊
