I’ve loved the covers on this run of omnis, it’s been a tough choice choosing one for each volume. Looking forward to completing my set. Best wishes Omar to you and your family, I know this will be a sad Christmas for you this year. Thanks for all you do to promote these books and the comics I’m sure your dad helped you with on your collecting journey.
Cannot wait for this to show up from cheap graphic novels. Disappointed xmen micronauts is not included but still amazed we actually got this series in Omnibus form. Never thought this was going to happen
And STILL no explanation for why X-Men/Micronauts isn’t included…and that’s a complaint against Marvel, not Omar, because he’s clearly not able to talk about it. It’s inexcusable for them to not have at least included a summarization page, paragraph or something to explain the rather significant events of the miniseries that directly affected the outcome of the final battle against Karza.
I read somewhere that the plot of X-Men/Micronauts was thought to be a little controversial for Hasbro. I vaguely remember some eerie psychic domination of Karza/Prof X over Dani Moonstar. I have to dig out my original issues to fill in the gap
@ yeah, I’ve read plenty of “guesses”, and that’s all that particular one ever was because as far as I know there’s never been anything at all publicly from Marvel OR Hasbro about it. And if that is, in fact, true, why not just say that? Why the big mystery? And, again, leaving aside any alleged controversial story points, a summary of the specific plot points relevant to the actual conclusion of the main Micronauts story (and series) should have been included.
Just picked up Vol 1 and 2 82% off on IST, so now they've got me for the final volume. I couldn't pass up a deal like that. This will be my first time reading any Micronauts.
The Omnibus looks great. I already bought the first two, and this one is already in my wish list at CGN. I will also be UPGRADING to Epic Collections as they are released. Hopefully Marvel will complete the series in Epics before they lose the license.
Been loving these releases - and "The New Voyages" #1 was one of the first comics I ever bought - I've always loved that cover so that's the vol. 3 I'll be getting!
I am looking forward to this. I have not read any of this in decades. I am let down they did not have the X Men crossover issues. That would make sense to have them in this omni.
I've been looking forward to this. Some solid science fiction that surpassed the original toys that inspired them. I had only picked up a couple of issues back in the day... so glad they republished the whole run. (aside from the x-men crossover... which I have those individual issues). Thanks for the overview!
Excited to pick this up, I've enjoyed the first two volumes. Bummed that X-Men/Micronauts wasn't included but what're you gonna do? The mouse is gonna mouse. I appreciate that Omar's Christmas Eve review is an omni collection of comics based on a bunch of toys, that seems fitting. Merry Christmas! 🎄🎅
Can Santa bring me the Kelly Jones variant cover? 🎅 The stockings are hung by the chimney with care, in hopes that an omnibus soon will be there. (I have omnibus-sized stockings.) Thanks, Santa!
Micronauts has been some of the most fun I've had in a comic since Final Crisis
Nice! I just grabbed Vol. 2 about a week and a half ago!

@@robertrichard7311 It's definitely disappointing. Because this pivotal cross-over is missing, this collection can't be called "complete".
@@joeyvitamins Exactly. And, it’s probably the only opportunity there was ever going to be to collect a “missing” piece of early Claremont X-Men too.
It's shameful, truly
Love the Micronauts! Never read The New Voyages. Great opportunity!!
I remember picking up issue 57 off a spinner rack. Great time to be a kid reading comics.

great covers in this collection
The New Voyages was were I started with Micronauts as a kid so looking forward to revisiting this series.

Really disappointed they didn't include the X-men/Micronauts 4 issue series. Excited to get this final volume though.
While I do want this, I’m going to wait since I got the first two on clearance. I don’t see why vol.3 wouldn’t be as well.
Kelly Jones inks over Guice is Sweet! I'm ordering the Karza slipcase.
Looking forward to completing the run!

I got the first volume….those first 12 issues still stand up

Vol 3?? That was faster than Spiderman!
Cause Marvel owns Spiderman. They aren’t licensing him unlike the Micronauts. The license is temporary so they have to release them quicker.
Anyone looking to pick up vol 1 and 2 you can get them for 25 to 37.50 right now.
Where???

I've ordered the arthur adams cover. Is everyone at marvel that weak about the moonstar incident?!? The solution is to just remove those pages.
That is not the solution. They should be complete, or not at all.
A disclaimer at the front takes care of it.
