You have your cable trolley horns installed incorrectly. They should slightly lean at an upward angle. Once you get those on right it will be good.

@@ShadelessDen so on the cable trolleys you have the horns that hold the weight. They should both be at a slight upward angle. I notice that yours are not facing upward in the video. It’s not in the install instructions at all. This will fix the “lean” you have and once that is fixed the cables themselves should work much better. The upward angle is designed to be that way to keep the weight even and keep the plates from sliding off center. It is a very slight angle so I had to look at mine from the side to notice it.
