@@TechVids78665 I’m glad you enjoyed it, it was better themed than I was expecting but we had a very poor runthrough. It’s very hit and miss depending on how many actors in there etc our entire group walked out disinterested including someone who screamed all the way through Curse who didn’t scream once during Compound just had a nice walk about a decently themed maze
@davesteele6154 because alton towers is more of a resort theme park. They appeal to all ages. If you want more scares it's better to go fright nights as that is mainly for teenagers and adults
I get the same feeling towards Alton Towers. I do want to go back on Hex but only because I’ve not been on it for so long. Never been that fussed about Scarefest. The main attraction for me is Nemesis. Galactica is really feeling its age. Quite a few times the trains were getting stuck on the dispatch rotation last time I went. I hope Dark Forest and X-Sector get a refresh soon like the other side of the park because Gloomy Wood and Forbidden Valley are very nice areas now.
First time watching the channel, fully agree about this park, we travelled from Scotland a few times for this event and it costs us an absolute fortune for food, drink, fast passes, maze passes, we’ve finally chucked in the towel and decided no more…. We did on one trip though find an event in Burton, a farm that had a scare night and it was first class…

Great to finally see an honest Alton Towers vlogger. We went earlier in the year and availability and food prices were farcical. You should keep going to the park as all the other vloggers seem to gloss over the issues and sugar coat it all so its hard to judge if things have actually improved.
I'd rather just not visit anymore, I just don't enjoy it, it feels like it's going backwards and when they make a positive step-forward something happens and sends it right backwards 10 steps. Appreciate the kind words though!

Next year I'm going to visit parks that genuinely care.. I'm sure the new flat will be a solid addition I just don't think the execution with anything this season has impressed many. It's been tough and especially tough on RAP users... that's a sour taste as is

One of litterally less than half a dozen of my subscribed channels, great videos......so sad to hear you feel that way. Totally understandable but i do absolutely absorb all towers content good bad or ugly. Been going since i was in nappies and now im returning with creaking joints hopefully it'll bounce back. Ride availablity and staff are key firstly for me!
Ride availability has been a shocker this season and over the last week has been the worst I’ve seen in recent memory. The quicker this season ends the better I feel but I really do appreciate you watching the videos, it means the world

Very happy to hear Hex has reopened, massive hex fan just for the story and walk around, i hope it continues for many years. Trick or treat alley seem to have improved on the amount of sweets given this year but may i ask.. is it still a £10 upcharge? I find that abhorrent if so 😅 happy spooky season

@@carlrobinson4843 😂 yes mate, this needs to get in the bin and some of the comments I’ve seen today about Hex is an actual joke 😂 making out as though it’s a whole new ride… it’s misleading and quite frankly dishonest to make out as though it’s HUGELY different. It’s improved but only barely noticeable from a public eye view
Well I'm actually super glad you said hex hasnt changed, much rather it keep its glory than it butchered. Also it was closed for maintenance and not a retheme but merlin can't spend a penny without wanting to see a return so thats why they marketed it how they did.

Do you think Project Ocean will be Alton Tower’s only new addition next year, or do you think a couple of Flat Rides will be added to X-Sector as per the rumours that have persisted throughout the 2024 season? With The Alton Towers Dungeon seemingly closed do you think they’ll be changes to The World Of David Walliams between now and March?
@@georgekoshti_richman1392 I do think that R-Cade won't stay as a proper arcade for the foreseeable but I doubt we'll see much next season regarding Walliams, in fact I don't even think we'll see the proposed Galactica retheme / reskin at the moment. Let's see if they're allowed to splash the cash after the new Forbidden Valley flat opens

That’s ok to disagree, my opinion is based on personal experience / runthrough. Everyone else’s will be different and I can only say it how I experienced it whereas some folks are adamant that their opinion is more superior and I’ve never quite understood that mentality. Appreciate the comment Oscar and if you’d like to highlight what you disagreed with I’m always a reply away to chat about it!

Completely agree with the points of people thinking their ideas are superior , when people tell me I’m wrong I find it ridiculous 😂 everyone has their own opinion and it’s what keeps the world turning because if we all had the same opinions it would be pretty boring 😭😭I think the park is VERY slowly heading in the right direction but there’s still a mile and a half to go (looking at you ride availability) but let’s hope one day we will get there 😭😭 but for now either gotta enjoy what we have or book as many trips out to Europe as possible 😂😂

@@Oscar-tn3xu I genuinely liked the theming in places, if there's enough actors in there it could be great. Certainly better than anything else they've got this year, just needs to be consistent
they've done a lot of work with hex's ride machinary. The lights on the ride itself look awful now. Lost it's "vault" feel. Hopefully they'll be reprogramming some bits whilst it's closed for christmas
I think with towers is that back in march they had all the right ideas and stuff going on and it all just went downhill. Nemesis was fantastic (apart from b&m just making it rattley now) but at the end of the day its still the exact same nemesis, just looks better. I dont think it had the success merlin wanted. Intoxicator im really excited for, but if it is a topspin, its still just ripsaw. There hasnt been anything big and new since wickerman. I really liked compound personally, but the attic and altonville still being here after so long still makes scarefest feel the same. With attendance it also feels quieter than normal. Ive never seen the first scarefest day so quiet. Saturdays have been as busy as sundays used to be. The awful availabilty pushes people away. It reminds me alot of thorpe park prior to hyperia, basically nothing new and ran absolutely awfully, looked terrible and run down. Seems like thorpe and alton just did a full 180 in quality and its really weird. Somehow its a worse season than last year. Makes me worried for the parks future, it needs the treatment thorpes had and a big addition thats actually new, nemesis reborn clearly wasnt enough
Compound definitely would be a good maze had our runthrough had more actors, it's nicely themed inside despite its horrendous entrance theming. Today has been VERY quiet and that certainly didn't go unnoticed and we also saw a LOT of people leaving at around 3pm. Like I say in the video it's not a park I want to be involved with much anymore nor will I be visiting as much next year, I wish them all the best but I just have no desire to visit nor create content for the sake of it at a park I'm not entirely confident is heading in the right direction but I do hope and pray that they turn things around in the future because at the end of the day it's a park linked to my childhood and I'll always have fond memories of it just sadly those memories are becoming tainted by the week
It’s a sad time being a northern enthusiast in the UK right now, but flights out of Manchester close to great parks are cheap. That’s all I’m currently holding onto
The funniest thing of the day was the monorail driver who said and I quote - “Welcome to Europe’s No.1 rated theme park” 😂 think Europa Park might have something to say about that mate
There was absolutely nothing wrong with the way hex was but for a ride to be closed for that long they could of built 3 more of them in that space of time. The latter half of the season the place has just dived off a cliff like the hope and excitement we had on opening day has just been squished. Its such a shame.

@LiftHillsandThrills when you venture to some of the most amazing places outside of the sham of this country you see fault in everything. Europa ruined the UK theme parks for me forever. But I think its more frustrating when you see the potential a park like towers has and its just being driven into utter turmoil and tatt. Its not good and its not value for money anymore at all. We will see what happens over the next few years but I feel I might have to give up on the place.

@@jackgrace3132 Mate Compound cost me £12 today to do a one-shot. No free tickets, no free fast tracks none of that rubbish... £12 for a maze that lasted less than 3 mins and had about 7 actors in that I came across... it just doesn't add up for me
Hi Sean, wanted to ask you, did you experience Scarefest at night because that could of potentially changed your opinion on the event? The day time could have been different to night time? I haven’t been to Scarefest before so have no idea 🤷♂️
The mazes don’t change from day to night as they’re all indoors anyways the only thing that could change is number of actors. I’ve seen Scarefest at night for many years and Towers street along with the Katanga Canyon sign, Gloomy Wood and FV all look incredible with the rest of the park looking dull dark and depressing with zero theming or atmosphere of note. That’ll improve over time but Kantaga Canyon up to FV is always the best part of the park now outside of events they just need to bring the quality of those areas to Dark Forest, X Sector and bulldoze Walliams
With regards to the cuts to hours its due to staffing speaking directly to Bianca but also is due people just not being there to justify remaining open
I'm glad you had that confirmation because staff have been openly saying about cut backs for ages but no senior figures have confirmed or denied this so if that was confirmed to you, that makes perfect sense. I think that speaks volumes about the season to be honest
Went yesterday with the kids, and we all thought it was great! Got a good halloween vibe and we got on every ride that we aimed for without wanting for over 45 mins. Shame about the food prices, but the world of inflation seems to keep going up while our wages do not😂... its why I carried loads of food on my back. Kids loved the manor house and black ice-cream which was new to all of us... We got some loaded fries at £9.00 and to be fair, there was absolutely loads, 3 kids didn't finish 1 portion. When you live a short step away from gullivers' World warrington, you'll genuinely see a company that puts nothing back into their park 😂.
£20 a burger…. Ouch…. But yes Towers is 100% kid friendly this year and the two kid experiences are wonderful for that demographic, I’m glad you all Enjoyed it!
Oh no, my husband loved the Hex queue line, we’ve booked for 19th so we are still going, but it’s a shame to hear this. Hope you had a better time at your other event.

I'm glad to see you giving your honest thoughts on Sacarefest, and as I explained to you the other day; honesty is why I watch your videos, along with the humour, and so I won't be unsubscribing just because you've bashed my favourite park 😄 It definitely needs improving, and the sad thing is I'm pretty sure it wouldn't cost all that much to make improvements 😔 Scarefest used to be a crown jewel, but now it's just a jewel which has fallen off the crown, been trodden on a bunch, and abandoned in a muddy pool of haribo sweets 😔

@@danielcarr1608 It's very much the theme park way... you can't possibly say something is bad if the majority like it... suddenly your opinion is belittled by others who think their opinion is better than yours. Everyone's opinion is valid and if you're mature enough then both positives and negatives should be discussed, there's no reason for backlash. Folks are far too sensitive nowadays

@@danielcarr1608 I mean, it does help but when you're restricting a narrative or a freedom of content creation I don't see how that benefits the park nor do I see the Cost Vs benefit of inviting folks / putting on events that cost $$ for channels that most don't meet the requirements set by the park themselves. Many of the YT'bers on the list are less than the engagement / sub criteria levels they required. It genuinely sparks my curiosity as I couldn't justify the expensive Vs return on some invitees

I thought it was wildly know that 95% of the work done on Hex was to the ride system to increase reliability. The choice they had was to remove it to invest in it and they chose the latter. The enhancements weren’t the reason it was closed they were an added bonus they did whilst it was closed. There would have been uproar if it was removed, uproar if they changed too much. We were on the first public ride of the day and there was an outburst of cheering and clapping at the end so for the majority I think they got it right.
Of course there’s clapping on the first ride, it’s full of Alton Towers fanboys and girls who love the park no matter what, this redesign nor any design at the park is for us, it’s for the general public so I imagine when those claps were over it was back to the norm. I’m glad you enjoyed the extra lights etc and understand most of the work done was behind the scenes but for me (and many others) those lights need changing as it looks ridiculous compared to the story itself trying to tell
@@LiftHillsandThrills Yes exactly this, the enhancements aren’t for the experts and enthusiasts they are for the general public. Everyone will have a different view as we all have different preferences, I just felt it was important to point out that the enhancements weren’t why it was closed for 18 months.
I did hear 80% of the budget for hex went into the ride system but besides the lighting, it does look exactly the same as I remember it. Good to see the waterfalls back on nemesis but what took them so long?
Hahahaha, m8 you are an absolute legend, that's what I love about your content. YOU SAY IT AS IT IS. Too many content creators want those free tickets with a side helping of sausage rolls at "VIP". There's nothing wrong with content creators getting freebies, in fact it's great to see some channels suddenly get recognition for their work like Coaster Dad, I'm buzzing for him. But it's the lies and spin the parks expect channels to do to get them that's the problem. It's the parks who are causing the distrust, "the content creator programme" is just a manipulation tactic to get up and coming channels to play ball and pretend everything is hunky dory. Keep it up big man, you don't need it, your channel with get huge without it😃
Exactly this Chris it’s why we asked to be removed from the list / programme. I’m happy to cover PR stuff on my website but I’m not having the narrative of my channel controlled, I’ll say my opinion both positive and negative as I damn well please! Really appreciate this comment! 👏
While I don’t agree with all your comments, it does feel as though the latter part of this season has been lacking and some of the magic from previous years has gone? I’ve seen comments around saying that Merlin have made some cutbacks at Towers, which if so, is a huge shame. Nemesis reopening was great, however with the exception of Toxicator, they need to add another major ride now that Thorpe Park have Hyperia bringing in big crowds. Either way, I’m going next Tuesday, mostly to get some rides on Nemesis in the dark and avoid the larger queues
I feel as though the magic has well and truly gone from the park, it feels very monotonous now and with RAP, ride availability, overall park presentation and more suffering outside of Gloomy Wood / Forbidden Valley it feels like the park needs MAJOR investment but with these rumoured cutbacks it concerns me that they just won't be able to drag the park up to its standards of old but I hope that they do, I just won't be visiting much next year if at all. It's a sad position to be in but the place genuinely just depresses me nowadays
The true reality of not only towers, but this country as a whole is that we simply dont pull in the same sort of money that overseas parks do. Attendance is low, especially at smaller parks and economically its hard to reinvest. I think towers needs work, its clear something is wrong but at the same time, i dont think theyre getting the footfall they need to continue to reinvest.
@@georgegammage4131 the biggest hope with universal for me personally is that, so long as it goes ahead, it can help the UKs dwindling tourism industry, which could in turn be a positive for places like towers/thorpe.
Does Amigos In The Afterlife use the boat ride within the building. If not Alton Towers missed a great opportunity to create an extremely unique Scare Maze. I know how much Merlin likes its “World Firsts” so this is a perfect environment for this tagline.
No they don't, some scenes look great, most are really bland and dull. Good use of UV light and actors trying their best with what they have. Little ones will enjoy it though but sadly the boat ride was not utilised which would have been great
@@LiftHillsandThrills this is a bit disappointing to hear. Alton Towers had the potential to create an amazing Scare Maze within this building. I wonder if any of the eerie theming from The Alton Towers Dungeons will be incorporated into Alton Manor over the closed season. Much of the theming from The Alton Towers Dungeons would look amazing in Alton Manor. A few more theming items would be great for Alton Manor.
What I like is that your not afraid to share your opinion , as much as I may disagree with you with points and agree with you for some it’s great that your willing to go out there and be honest. I’m excited to try out compound but hope you have better experiences with other events 😂

Top man, top review.👍 Problem with honesty is it upsets the stupid. I feel sorry for the staff because they are In a no win situation when Merlin don't put up the dough for anything decent.
Thanks Stephen and there are people who are blindly loyal to the park and then those who can’t really say how they feel otherwise they’ll be struck off a list we already asked someone on the creator list who told us it wasn’t good, suddenly a review goes up and in their review it’s all amazing. Wasn't a Hex fan anyway but it is better than the last handful of years it was open. Overall, if you live close by and have an annual pass, go a lot and dont spend extra money, Towers is very good value but it is getting out competed. If only the park got the Ride to Happiness. It really does need a new stand out, world class attraction. It competed when the big one was made with nemy but it just is not doing so now. They cant keep living off the Smiler and nemesis. If they are not going to get at least 3 major coasters / attractions in next 6 years, Towers is going to be wrecked by Bedford. TP won't, Towers will. Towers is an expensive park to run and there is too much competition, especially in 2030. That wasn't the case back in th 80s/90s. A Mack extreme spinner in a dimley lit building with a dragon throwing out fire or will they bring back a new cine 2000? 😮 Appreciate your more honest views.
40 years & counting of my local park. will always love it, but your right its just so FLAT these days, no Spark at all - when use to be Spooktacular when 1st got setup that was awesome, but all they doing now is just (Cheap - sour - repeat) Get rid of Everything & start Pure Fresh is needed.. only go for the NightRides only .. If anything, I’m glad that the waterfalls are back on Nemesis (hopefully we get the red dye at some point), and that the new topspin is making steady progress.

There were scenes that have been taken out entirely, whether they’re getting put back or not I have no idea but with the attraction costing more in staff wages than what it makes in ticket sales I’ll be very suprised if it does come back
The thing is if they have that building next where darkest depths was, why didn’t they use it ? More scare zones are needed too because no one wants to pay 50 quid for scaremazes. Idk these are just my opinions 😅
We were all laughing our heads off at the initial reviews, you genuinely can't really tell what's changed bar a few lights but it's good that it's back open but yeah... hype city is an understatement
@@yourexperienceguide Those free cupcakes / fast tracks only get you so far. After speaking to two people who attended they gave a much different review of both Hex and Scarefest than they have in their content. Funny that...
It broke down twice whilst we were in the queue... I'm sure they've done a lot to it with what we can't see but we'll see how beneficial those changes are for the upkeep / longevity of the rides uptime
You’re never happy with Alton towers, you always have such high expectations when it isn’t a world class park, if you want something better then go Disney or universal with their tickets being like over 3X the cost
Even Universal Studios didn’t blow me away, Islands of Adventure did. Thorpe are on the right track with a very exciting thrill ride future and Paultons have such an exciting future too, it’s not all doom and gloom in the UK, there’s still hope!
Best thing for me was the new Sin Bin show it was brilliant. Also burial grounds is a thoroughly disappointing scare zone in my opinion; pales in comparison to Dark Apocalypse or Freak Show. Won’t be renewing my annual pass for next year for sure.

And THIS is exactly why I appreciate you and your REAL opinions. Fed up of so many creators letting there opinions being allowed to be brought off. HEX looked exactly how it was before and that's how I hope they keep it. Stupid keeping it shut for that long tho.
Once again as someone else rightly mentioned and I agreed to, it doesn't mean my opinion is the right opinion nor does it mean anything alterior. I just put my thoughts into video and if people agree after they've experienced it then great, if they don't, I won't lose any sleep over it. I'll always be honest with my viewers and I've always been honest no matter who watches, who disagrees and what park tries to police my opinion. I'll say what I damn well please and that's why we kindly backed out of the creator programme, it's great for those who want to boost their channel but for me it's strict and doesn't allow me to deliver my usual type of content without it being policed, I don't want to be told what I can and can't post or monitored even regardless of how many fast passes / food / exclusive things I'm given. I'm marmite for a reason but I'd rather make my content for the public as opposed to a bitchy small minority of content competitors

Sorry but Alton Towers days are numbered!! The whole park needs a complete revamp.. including the management!! yeah the budgets have been slashed but they need to get some ideas from the euro parks..

Im glad i watched this before deciding to book. Way more expensive than somewhere like xtreme scream which ive always enjoyed. Also trying scare city and my local fear factory which is an absolute crime i have not visited before this year! So lots to look forward to. But Alton will absolutely not be on my list.
Ive fallen out of love with the whole of merlin parks tbh there just crap compared to European parks and towers looks really poor this year and yeh fireworks will be great but apart from that its just totally rubbish. Im not renewing my pass next year save the money and go to European parks instead.
A lot of people feel that way this year Alan, I do think Thorpe have had the better season and throughly deserved their recognition at the awards whilst others have dropped significantly. You're right though, we're so far behind in the UK that I really don't have much appreciation or effort to visit anymore. I will always praise the park when I see an effort has been made but it takes some searching nowadays to really pinpoint positives at Towers especially after what started to be a very promising season when the park reopened earlier this year. Good things take time and I hope it does get better soon but sadly it's gone in the wrong direction this year and I'm not sure if it's a hands tied situation or something else but for their sake I hope they sort it because with Universal, a storm is coming
As sad as I am to see Alton Towers going downhill especially where events are concerned. It’s making the love that people are showing towards Thorpe Park much more prominent. And honestly I think Thorpe deserve it. They’ve been seen as the lesser of the two parks for too many years now.
They have indeed but they have been leaps and bounds above Towers this season and winning the award was throughly deserved, whilst there were some very questionable categories in this years awards the best theme park title was well and truly won by the best park instead of the most popular
I don't know why but it just feels like you want to hate on the park and for it not to succeed? Like what did you expect with Hex? If it ain't broken don't fix it.
But it was broken… and that’s why they fixed it… then it broke again? And I never said I don’t want it to succeed but if you can hand on heart say they’ve had a good season / the event was the big bold reimagining we were promised then I can’t really jump on board with that with good conscience
I quite like the Ancestors haha random little flash mob works on Towers street, it's just a shame the rest of the park is untamed and as unHalloweeny as you can get (Gloomy Wood aside)

I personally really enjoyed Compound was a nice new addition combining Sub Species, Project 42 and Survival Games togethee made for an awesome combo. Also had the best run-through of The Attic Terror of the Towers and Altonville Mine Tours Tiny's Revenge. Amigos in the Afterlife was pure fun luckily didn't feel you were in the Alton Towers Dungeons
Compound could be great with more actors in there but that's subjective isn't it depending on your visit / day / time etc. Amigos was fun, kids will love it although it went on quite a bit some of the little ones were getting a little agitated
This is why I love Sean and & his content. He visits shit events so we don’t have to! Some heads should roll T Alton Towers HQ! This is a once a year opportunity to really cash in and what do they choose? The vlog says it all! Brilliant as always Sean!
Nice one mate but once again just because I don't like it doesn't mean others won't. Trick or Treat Town is AMAZING for kids, Amigos in the Afterlife is a fun for kids but a few got bored / disinterested by the end as its quite long winded but as far as the event goes its very child targeted this year and that's fair so if you have a kids you'll have a lovely time

@@SamM-oh2cx I certainly try and deliver that but folks go off on a tangent like someone who said oh you're just bitter because you didn't get invited... we wrote to the park and pulled out WEEKS ago, we don't want to be a part of it, we get the views without exclusive invites and are able to say what we think and how we feel without it being policed or without being given freebies that automatically lean you into a more positive review scared that you'll lose your free invite. There's big creators who have complained to parks about why they weren't invited etc the entitlement is mad... but integrity is rare nowadays and honesty even more so! I'm just me, not everyone has to agree with my opinion but debate it with me maturely and respectfully and I'll respect that person tenfold

@@LiftHillsandThrillsI loved it , even though we got split up in part of it ! It gives real Buffy in a nightclub vibes , the kebab shop bit is proper grim I could smell kebab on me all night ! It’s also very long which I found all the mazes were , The villiage was by far my favourite and I didn’t like the hooded part of the witchy one ( not scary just didn’t want to fall 😂)
Alton Towers holds many happy memories for me. Despite it also being the nearest Theme Park to me, I have not been in many years. As I'm sure I must have mentioned before, rides are sadly not an option for me now due to poor health issues & apart from that at 67, being scared sh@@less of going on anything these days.😱 Its still sad for me to hear from you that things are not as they perhaps should be. I really hope for the sake of yourself & Alton Towers lovers everywhere that things do improve very soon. I last saw the fireworks there in the mid 90s & I remember they were incredible even then. Love the channel. Would never unsubscibe now!! Always good to see Hayley & Chris & hear what they have to say, too.
Thank you Dave, yeah I hope they sort it out too but after fireworks we'll be stepping away from frequent Towers visits and will only be visiting for the new ride and then latter 2025 Scarefest / Fireworks again. Going from 100 visits a year a few seasons ago down to 40 last year, 9 this year and potentially just 3 next year says about all you need to know from my end.
(No Hate) this is probably the reason why I am leaving the TP community. Everyone has just gone and decided to hate towers and love Thorpe only really because of hyperia. Yes okay towers are in a rough patch this year and has been for the past few but this video has made me realise everyone is pretty much bullying the park. I have seen how towers have been trying this year and they’ve done so great! Nemi reborn not to mention curse at the end of 23 and millions of pounds around the park but the fact that people still have the decency to pick at the park for every small thing is absolutely mad. I mean even this video, he was riding hex and pointing out that barely anything had changed when little does he know the have spent a lot of time refurbishing the rides hardware and creating a better experience everywhere else on the ride. I honestly don’t get how people can act like this when the business is struggling. Unsubscribed 😞
Appreciate the comment but it's nothing to do with Hyperia as that's an under-themed, under-delivered looking ride but the ride experience is superb it's more to do with the fact that the park is clearly suffering and despite many peoples love and affection for it, it's very hard to ignore the obvious spiral the park is heading in as cost cutting is in full effect it seems with ride staggered openings, staff themselves openly saying it and scarefest mazes not even constructed but left empty (Darkest Depths location). They have not 'created a better experience everywhere else' on Hex either, the ride experience from a guest perspective is exactly the same, how can I review a ride system where I can't physically see the changes that have been made? They've screwed RAP pass beyond belief (but that's Merlin) and have had one of their worst operating seasons in recent memory. To tirelessly defend them when they really haven't had a good year is blind loyalty and whilst I respect it one day the reality of that will hit you in the face unless they manage to redeem themselves next season onwards. I wouldn't say lied, that would be unfair to say but over-exagerrated how much different it is now when in reality it's a few extra lights / turnstile removal that no one other than die-hard fans / thoosies would even notice
It always makes me laugh when I see comments like this because we list both positive and negatives but because I've offended the park you guys love so dearly and so passionately the negatives are always honed in and focused on. That second paragraph proves you DO NOT watch many of my videos as we've been invited to multiple events and still said our honest thoughts both negative and positive and us pulling out of the creator programme (with proof and receipt) was so we could deliver honest content without joining something that will be policed to benefit the park and say more tailored 'nicer' things. I suggest sticking to the everything is awesome content creators you're used to because we're invited to places to deliver honest content, always have been, always will be but I will NOT to be told what I can and can't say and I will NOT be sending my content to parks to approve / vet before they ever go live.

I have to disagree with somethings Hex did have some noticable Lightning changes, the Lights now effecg some scenes the 1st Pre Show Scene the Pre Show Scene has been enclosed and the removal of Turnstyle and People Counter, The next pre show after the lights now play along with the screen, Then you move into the Octogon the new Generator effect with sparks that is cool and the Lighting has changed. More direct Lightning where you need to look and it seemed to be made darker in the cealing. Going through the bookcase new Lightning everywhere and some nee cloth effect in the corridors. The main ride itself has more lightning than before the tube lighting is more consistent, the trees eyes now flicker giving it more life and a new snow light effect is cool. Majority of the work done has been done to the ride itself speaking to bianca the ride itself is completely new as they did work with Vekoma rather than doing the same thibg they did before. They said it would return in 2024 however they attached no date to it meaning they did not break a promise
Lighting and cloth is pretty much what we said were the new additions, the generator has always had sparks they just never worked the majority of the time. It's a great madhouse but from a public facing view everyone was asking the same questions - what's new? It's good the ride system has been updated despite it going down twice on us yesterday whilst we were in the queue but how it was discussed / promoted in videos earlier in the year made it seem like it was a major revamp / reimagining when in reality, it just wasn't from a public facing perspective
I'm going Monday with my 6 and 4 year old and again on 22nd with my fiancé. First Scarefest since 2018 for various reasons. Not happy with Cbeebies closing at 5 as my kids were really looking forward to riding the rides when its darker. And I'm sure it closed at 7pm last year. Also not happy with Rapids being closed either!
@LiftHillsandThrills I know 😢 I used to absolutely love Scarefest, but yet again it feels like the magic is disappearing. It used to be amazing, especially with 1000 Screams and Boiler Room 😢

I fail to see how time of day is a reflection of the product on offer here Micky. The mazes are inside a building and look the same night and day, the shows are the same, we all know what the park looks like at night. I fail to see the correlation when we reviewed all new additions in the day that are predominately indoors… not sure me being there at night changes a thing

Trick or Treating is EXACTLY the same night or day, Trick or Treat Town is an indoor attraction haha the whole ambience of the park doesn't change my review of the new additions (the mazes / kids walkthrough) I'm well aware of what the park looks like at night and it's the same package that is shown at night at Scarefest than what is available throughout the entire season at night time, it's not a special lighting package or show for Scarefest specifically and I see no relevance to include something that is apparent all year round to be focused on during the evening as absolutely nothing changes and in regards to your latter comment, that's just ridiculous. My 'game' is fine, my views are 'fine', my channel is 'fine' and forever growing but I appreciate your concern. If you're not a fan of the content I offer or deliver there's plenty more to choose from. All the best.

I don't know how someone claiming to be a theme park reviewer or whatever you think you are could go to a Halloween event to give an honest and impartial review to viewers...wearing sunglasses in bright sunshine!! and then state that it's exactly the same experience as at night in the dark.Whilst most mazes are indoor(not all) it is still nothing like being there at night.I most look forward to your review of the fireworks, when you'll probably visit the day before it starts and say it's rubbish because you didn't see any.

Personally, I think compound is one of the best scare mazes I have ever ridden. I did it at night, must be better later in the day then.

It’s very hit and miss depending on how many actors in there etc our entire group walked out disinterested including someone who screamed all the way through Curse who didn’t scream once during Compound just had a nice walk about a decently themed maze
I hate how in the uk we have four theme parks dedicated to kids. Why can’t towers and Thorpe be more towards adults. Especially on scarefest
@davesteele6154 because alton towers is more of a resort theme park. They appeal to all ages. If you want more scares it's better to go fright nights as that is mainly for teenagers and adults

I get the same feeling towards Alton Towers. I do want to go back on Hex but only because I’ve not been on it for so long. Never been that fussed about Scarefest. The main attraction for me is Nemesis. Galactica is really feeling its age. Quite a few times the trains were getting stuck on the dispatch rotation last time I went.
I hope Dark Forest and X-Sector get a refresh soon like the other side of the park because Gloomy Wood and Forbidden Valley are very nice areas now.

First time watching the channel, fully agree about this park, we travelled from Scotland a few times for this event and it costs us an absolute fortune for food, drink, fast passes, maze passes, we’ve finally chucked in the towel and decided no more…. We did on one trip though find an event in Burton, a farm that had a scare night and it was first class…

Great to finally see an honest Alton Towers vlogger. We went earlier in the year and availability and food prices were farcical.
You should keep going to the park as all the other vloggers seem to gloss over the issues and sugar coat it all so its hard to judge if things have actually improved.
I'd rather just not visit anymore, I just don't enjoy it, it feels like it's going backwards and when they make a positive step-forward something happens and sends it right backwards 10 steps. Appreciate the kind words though!

Next year I'm going to visit parks that genuinely care.. I'm sure the new flat will be a solid addition I just don't think the execution with anything this season has impressed many. It's been tough and especially tough on RAP users... that's a sour taste as is

With The Alton Towers Dungeon seemingly closed do you think they’ll be changes to The World Of David Walliams between now and March?

That’s ok to disagree, my opinion is based on personal experience / runthrough. Everyone else’s will be different and I can only say it how I experienced it whereas some folks are adamant that their opinion is more superior and I’ve never quite understood that mentality. they've done a lot of work with hex's ride machinary. The lights on the ride itself look awful now. Lost it's "vault" feel. Hopefully they'll be reprogramming some bits whilst it's closed for christmas
They have indeed, it's been changed behind the scenes but from a customer facing aspect, it looks trash...
I think with towers is that back in march they had all the right ideas and stuff going on and it all just went downhill. Nemesis was fantastic (apart from b&m just making it rattley now) but at the end of the day its still the exact same nemesis, just looks better. I dont think it had the success merlin wanted. Intoxicator im really excited for, but if it is a topspin, its still just ripsaw. There hasnt been anything big and new since wickerman. I really liked compound personally, but the attic and altonville still being here after so long still makes scarefest feel the same. With attendance it also feels quieter than normal. Ive never seen the first scarefest day so quiet. Saturdays have been as busy as sundays used to be. The awful availabilty pushes people away. It reminds me alot of thorpe park prior to hyperia, basically nothing new and ran absolutely awfully, looked terrible and run down. Seems like thorpe and alton just did a full 180 in quality and its really weird. Somehow its a worse season than last year. Makes me worried for the parks future, it needs the treatment thorpes had and a big addition thats actually new, nemesis reborn clearly wasnt enough
Compound definitely would be a good maze had our runthrough had more actors, it's nicely themed inside despite its horrendous entrance theming. Today has been VERY quiet and that certainly didn't go unnoticed and we also saw a LOT of people leaving at around 3pm. Like I say in the video it's not a park I want to be involved with much anymore nor will I be visiting as much next year, I wish them all the best but I just have no desire to visit nor create content for the sake of it at a park I'm not entirely confident is heading in the right direction but I do hope and pray that they turn things around in the future because at the end of the day it's a park linked to my childhood and I'll always have fond memories of it just sadly those memories are becoming tainted by the week

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the way hex was but for a ride to be closed for that long they could of built 3 more of them in that space of time. The latter half of the season the place has just dived off a cliff like the hope and excitement we had on opening day has just been squished. Its such a shame.

@LiftHillsandThrills when you venture to some of the most amazing places outside of the sham of this country you see fault in everything. Europa ruined the UK theme parks for me forever. But I think its more frustrating when you see the potential a park like towers has and its just being driven into utter turmoil and tatt. Its not good and its not value for money anymore at all. We will see what happens over the next few years but I feel I might have to give up on the place.

Hi Sean, wanted to ask you, did you experience Scarefest at night because that could of potentially changed your opinion on the event? The day time could have been different to night time? I haven’t been to Scarefest before so have no idea 🤷♂️
The mazes don’t change from day to night as they’re all indoors anyways the only thing that could change is number of actors. I’ve seen Scarefest at night for many years and Towers street along with the Katanga Canyon sign, Gloomy Wood and FV all look incredible with the rest of the park looking dull dark and depressing with zero theming or atmosphere of note. With regards to the cuts to hours its due to staffing speaking directly to Bianca but also is due people just not being there to justify remaining open
I'm glad you had that confirmation because staff have been openly saying about cut backs for ages but no senior figures have confirmed or denied this so if that was confirmed to you, that makes perfect sense. I think that speaks volumes about the season to be honest
Went yesterday with the kids, and we all thought it was great!
Got a good halloween vibe and we got on every ride that we aimed for without wanting for over 45 mins.
Shame about the food prices, but the world of inflation seems to keep going up while our wages do not😂... its why I carried loads of food on my back.
Kids loved the manor house and black ice-cream which was new to all of us...
We got some loaded fries at £9.00 and to be fair, there was absolutely loads, 3 kids didn't finish 1 portion.
When you live a short step away from gullivers' World warrington, you'll genuinely see a company that puts nothing back into their park 😂.
£20 a burger…. Ouch…. But yes Towers is 100% kid friendly this year and the two kid experiences are wonderful for that demographic, I’m glad you all

@@danielcarr1608 I mean, it does help but when you're restricting a narrative or a freedom of content creation I don't see how that benefits the park nor do I see the Cost Vs benefit of inviting folks / putting on events that cost $$ for channels that most don't meet the requirements set by the park themselves. Many of the YT'bers on the list are less than the engagement / sub criteria levels they required. It genuinely sparks my curiosity as I couldn't justify the expensive Vs return on some invitees

I thought it was wildly know that 95% of the work done on Hex was to the ride system to increase reliability. The choice they had was to remove it to invest in it and they chose the latter. The enhancements weren’t the reason it was closed they were an added bonus they did whilst it was closed. There would have been uproar if it was removed, uproar if they changed too much. We were on the first public ride of the day and there was an outburst of cheering and clapping at the end so for the majority I think they got it right.
Of course there’s clapping on the first ride, it’s full of Alton Towers fanboys and girls who love the park no matter what, this redesign nor any design at the park is for us, it’s for the general public so I imagine when those claps were over it was back to the norm. I’m glad you enjoyed the extra lights etc and understand most of the work done was behind the scenes but for me (and many others) those lights need changing as it looks ridiculous compared to the story itself trying to tell
@@LiftHillsandThrills Yes exactly this, the enhancements aren’t for the experts and enthusiasts they are for the general public. Everyone will have a different view as we all have different preferences, I just felt it was important to point out that the enhancements weren’t why it was closed for 18 months.
I did hear 80% of the budget for hex went into the ride system but besides the lighting, it does look exactly the same as I remember it. Good to see the waterfalls back on nemesis but what took them so long?

There's nothing wrong with content creators getting freebies, in fact it's great to see some channels suddenly get recognition for their work like Coaster Dad, I'm buzzing for him. But it's the lies and spin the parks expect channels to do to get them that's the problem. It's the parks who are causing the distrust, "the content creator programme" is just a manipulation tactic to get up and coming channels to play ball and pretend everything is hunky dory. While I don’t agree with all your comments, it does feel as though the latter part of this season has been lacking and some of the magic from previous years has gone?
I’ve seen comments around saying that Merlin have made some cutbacks at Towers, which if so, is a huge shame.
Nemesis reopening was great, however with the exception of Toxicator, they need to add another major ride now that Thorpe Park have Hyperia bringing in big crowds.
Either way, I’m going next Tuesday, mostly to get some rides on Nemesis in the dark and avoid the larger queues
I feel as though the magic has well and truly gone from the park, it feels very monotonous now and with RAP, ride availability, overall park presentation and more suffering outside of Gloomy Wood / Forbidden Valley it feels like the park needs MAJOR investment but with these rumoured cutbacks it concerns me that they just won't be able to drag the park up to its standards of old but I hope that they do, I just won't be visiting much next year if at all. It's a sad position to be in but the place genuinely just depresses me nowadays
The true reality of not only towers, but this country as a whole is that we simply dont pull in the same sort of money that overseas parks do. Attendance is low, especially at smaller parks and economically its hard to reinvest. I think towers needs work, its clear something is wrong but at the same time, i dont think theyre getting the footfall they need to continue to reinvest.
Agreed, the rides being on staggered opening for Friday's Scarefest tells me there isn't enough footfall to justify opening them all at once currently
Step up Universal who will bring something different where they can justify charging a much higher price which will bring many people from Europe.

Does Amigos In The Afterlife use the boat ride within the building. If not Alton Towers missed a great opportunity to create an extremely unique Scare Maze. I know how much Merlin likes its “World Firsts” so this is a perfect environment for this tagline.
No they don't, some scenes look great, most are really bland and dull. Good use of UV light and actors trying their best with what they have. Little ones will enjoy it though but sadly the boat ride was not utilised which would have been great

I wonder if any of the eerie theming from The Alton Towers Dungeons will be incorporated into Alton Manor over the closed season. Much of the theming from The Alton Towers Dungeons would look amazing in Alton Manor. A few more theming items would be great for Alton Manor.

Wasn't a Hex fan anyway but it is better than the last handful of years it was open. Overall, if you live close by and have an annual pass, go a lot and dont spend extra money, Towers is very good value but it is getting out competed. If only the park got the Ride to Happiness. It really does need a new stand out, world class attraction. It competed when the big one was made with nemy but it just is not doing so now. They cant keep living off the Smiler and nemesis.
If they are not going to get at least 3 major coasters / attractions in next 6 years, Towers is going to be wrecked by Bedford. TP won't, Towers will.
Towers is an expensive park to run and there is too much competition, especially in 2030. That wasn't the case back in th 80s/90s.

There were scenes that have been taken out entirely, whether they’re getting put back or not I have no idea but with the attraction costing more in staff wages than what it makes in ticket sales I’ll be very suprised if it does come back

@@yourexperienceguide Those free cupcakes / fast tracks only get you so far. After speaking to two people who attended they gave a much different review of both Hex and Scarefest than they have in their content. Funny that...
Also with Hex wasn't there a lot of behind the scenes work rather than changing the ride experience etc
It broke down twice whilst we were in the queue... I'm sure they've done a lot to it with what we can't see but we'll see how beneficial those changes are for the upkeep / longevity of the rides uptime
You’re never happy with Alton towers, you always have such high expectations when it isn’t a world class park, if you want something better then go Disney or universal with their tickets being like over 3X the cost
Even Universal Studios didn’t blow me away, Islands of Adventure did. Thorpe are on the right track with a very exciting thrill ride future and Paultons have such an exciting future too, it’s not all doom and gloom in the UK, there’s still hope!
Most of the parks in Europa are WAAYYYYYYYYYYY better than Towers has been for YEARS and they are the same price or cheaper.....

Best thing for me was the new Sin Bin show it was brilliant. Also burial grounds is a thoroughly disappointing scare zone in my opinion; pales in comparison to Dark Apocalypse or Freak Show. Won’t be renewing my annual pass for next year for sure.

Once again as someone else rightly mentioned and I agreed to, it doesn't mean my opinion is the right opinion nor does it mean anything alterior. I just put my thoughts into video and if people agree after they've experienced it then great, if they don't, I won't lose any sleep over it. I'll always be honest with my viewers and I've always been honest no matter who watches, who disagrees and what park tries to police my opinion. I'll say what I damn well please and that's why we kindly backed out of the creator programme, it's great for those who want to boost their channel but for me it's strict and doesn't allow me to deliver my usual type of content without it being policed, I don't want to be told what I can and can't post or monitored even regardless of how many fast passes / food / exclusive things I'm given. I'm marmite for a reason but I'd rather make my content for the public as opposed to a bitchy small minority of content competitors

Im glad i watched this before deciding to book. Way more expensive than somewhere like xtreme scream which ive always enjoyed. Also trying scare city and my local fear factory which is an absolute crime i have not visited before this year! So lots to look forward to. But Alton will absolutely not be on my list.

Ive fallen out of love with the whole of merlin parks tbh there just crap compared to European parks and towers looks really poor this year and yeh fireworks will be great but apart from that its just totally rubbish. Im not renewing my pass next year save the money and go to European parks instead.
A lot of people feel that way this year Alan, I do think Thorpe have had the better season and throughly deserved their recognition at the awards whilst others have dropped significantly. You're right though, we're so far behind in the UK that I really don't have much appreciation or effort to visit anymore. I will always praise the park when I see an effort has been made but it takes some searching nowadays to really pinpoint positives at Towers especially after what started to be a very promising season when the park reopened earlier this year. Good things take time and I hope it does get better soon but sadly it's gone in the wrong direction this year and I'm not sure if it's a hands tied situation or something else but for their sake I hope they sort it because with Universal, a storm is coming
We buy a european park pass every year now as you get in other parks for free or a discount all across europe.
As sad as I am to see Alton Towers going downhill especially where events are concerned. It’s making the love that people are showing towards Thorpe Park much more prominent. And honestly I think Thorpe deserve it. They’ve been seen as the lesser of the two parks for too many years now.
They have indeed but they have been leaps and bounds above Towers this season and winning the award was throughly deserved, whilst there were some very questionable categories in this years awards the best theme park title was well and truly won by the best park instead of the most popular

I personally really enjoyed Compound was a nice new addition combining Sub Species, Project 42 and Survival Games togethee made for an awesome combo.
Also had the best run-through of The Attic Terror of the Towers and Altonville Mine Tours Tiny's Revenge.
Amigos in the Afterlife was pure fun luckily didn't feel you were in the Alton Towers Dungeons
Compound could be great with more actors in there but that's subjective isn't it depending on your visit / day / time etc. Amigos was fun, kids will love it although it went on quite a bit some of the little ones were getting a little agitated
This is why I love Sean and & his content. He visits shit events so we don’t have to! Some heads should roll T Alton Towers HQ! This is a once a year opportunity to really cash in and what do they choose?

There's big creators who have complained to parks about why they weren't invited etc the entitlement is mad... but integrity is rare nowadays and honesty even more so! I'm just me, not everyone has to agree with my opinion but debate it with me maturely and respectfully and I'll respect that person tenfold

It gives real Buffy in a nightclub vibes , the kebab shop bit is proper grim I could smell kebab on me all night ! It’s also very long which I found all the mazes were , The villiage was by far my favourite and I didn’t like the hooded part of the witchy one ( not scary just didn’t want to fall 😂)

Alton Towers holds many happy memories for me. Despite it also being the nearest Theme Park to me, I have not been in many years. As I'm sure I must have mentioned before, rides are sadly not an option for me now due to poor health issues & apart from that at 67, being scared sh@@less of going on anything these days.😱
Its still sad for me to hear from you that things are not as they perhaps should be. I really hope for the sake of yourself & Alton Towers lovers everywhere that things do improve very soon. I last saw the fireworks there in the mid 90s & I remember they were incredible even then.

Thank you Dave, yeah I hope they sort it out too but after fireworks we'll be stepping away from frequent Towers visits and will only be visiting for the new ride and then latter 2025 Scarefest / Fireworks again. Going from 100 visits a year a few seasons ago down to 40 last year, 9 this year and potentially just 3 next year says about all you need to know from my end.

(No Hate) this is probably the reason why I am leaving the TP community. Everyone has just gone and decided to hate towers and love Thorpe only really because of hyperia. Yes okay towers are in a rough patch this year and has been for the past few but this video has made me realise everyone is pretty much bullying the park. I have seen how towers have been trying this year and they’ve done so great! Nemi reborn not to mention curse at the end of 23 and millions of pounds around the park but the fact that people still have the decency to pick at the park for every small thing is absolutely mad. I mean even this video, he was riding hex and pointing out that barely anything had changed when little does he know the have spent a lot of time refurbishing the rides hardware and creating a better experience everywhere else on the ride. I honestly don’t get how people can act like this when the business is struggling. Unsubscribed 😞
Appreciate the comment but it's nothing to do with Hyperia as that's an under-themed, under-delivered looking ride but the ride experience is superb it's more to do with the fact that the park is clearly suffering and despite many peoples love and affection for it, it's very hard to ignore the obvious spiral the park is heading in as cost cutting is in full effect it seems with ride staggered openings, staff themselves openly saying it and scarefest mazes not even constructed but left empty (Darkest Depths location). They have not 'created a better experience everywhere else' on Hex either, the ride experience from a guest perspective is exactly the same, how can I review a ride system where I can't physically see the changes that have been made? They've screwed RAP pass beyond belief (but that's Merlin) and have had one of their worst operating seasons in recent memory. To tirelessly defend them when they really haven't had a good year is blind loyalty and whilst I respect it one day the reality of that will hit you in the face unless they manage to redeem themselves next season onwards. Who lied in their hex review?
I wouldn't say lied, that would be unfair to say but over-exagerrated how much different it is now when in reality it's a few extra lights / turnstile removal that no one other than die-hard fans / thoosies would even notice

It always makes me laugh when I see comments like this because we list both positive and negatives but because I've offended the park you guys love so dearly and so passionately the negatives are always honed in and focused on. That second paragraph proves you DO NOT watch many of my videos as we've been invited to multiple events and still said our honest thoughts both negative and positive and us pulling out of the creator programme (with proof and receipt) was so we could deliver honest content without joining something that will be policed to benefit the park and say more tailored 'nicer' things. I suggest sticking to the everything is awesome content creators you're used to because we're invited to places to deliver honest content, always have been, always will be but I will NOT to be told what I can and can't say and I will NOT be sending my content to parks to approve / vet before they ever go live.

I have to disagree with somethings Hex did have some noticable Lightning changes, the Lights now effecg some scenes the 1st Pre Show Scene the Pre Show Scene has been enclosed and the removal of Turnstyle and People Counter,
The next pre show after the lights now play along with the screen,
Then you move into the Octogon the new Generator effect with sparks that is cool and the Lighting has changed. More direct Lightning where you need to look and it seemed to be made darker in the cealing.
Going through the bookcase new Lightning everywhere and some nee cloth effect in the corridors.
The main ride itself has more lightning than before the tube lighting is more consistent, the trees eyes now flicker giving it more life and a new snow light effect is cool.
Majority of the work done has been done to the ride itself speaking to bianca the ride itself is completely new as they did work with Vekoma rather than doing the same thibg they did before.
They said it would return in 2024 however they attached no date to it meaning they did not break a promise
Lighting and cloth is pretty much what we said were the new additions, the generator has always had sparks they just never worked the majority of the time. It's a great madhouse but from a public facing view everyone was asking the same questions - what's new? It's good the ride system has been updated despite it going down twice on us yesterday whilst we were in the queue but how it was discussed / promoted in videos earlier in the year made it seem like it was a major revamp / reimagining when in reality, it just wasn't from a public facing perspective
I'm going Monday with my 6 and 4 year old and again on 22nd with my fiancé. First Scarefest since 2018 for various reasons.
Not happy with Cbeebies closing at 5 as my kids were really looking forward to riding the rides when its darker. And I'm sure it closed at 7pm last year. Also not happy with Rapids being closed either!
Cutbacks I'm afraid..
@LiftHillsandThrills I know 😢 I used to absolutely love Scarefest, but yet again it feels like the magic is disappearing. It used to be amazing, especially with 1000 Screams and Boiler Room 😢

@@InversionAndImmersion 😂 right… it’s basically Project 42 in a different building, we had a poor runthrough but throw more actors in there and it could be great, it’s no Sub Species though but everyone’s different aren’t they, only way is to do it yourself and see what you think but we didn’t jump once

Not sure you can judge the Halloween scarefest experience on a daytime(daylight) visit and someone in your field shouldn't really be doing so.
I fail to see how time of day is a reflection of the product on offer here Micky. The mazes are inside a building and look the same night and day, the shows are the same, we all know what the park looks like at night. I fail to see the correlation when we reviewed all new additions in the day that are predominately indoors… not sure me being there at night changes a thing

Of course it's a reflection of the product on offer, the whole ambience of the place changes after dark.Are you supposed to be serious about what you do? Do you go to firework shows during daylight hours? You seriously need to up your game.

Trick or Treating is EXACTLY the same night or day, Trick or Treat Town is an indoor attraction haha the whole ambience of the park doesn't change my review of the new additions (the mazes / kids walkthrough) I'm well aware of what the park looks like at night and it's the same package that is shown at night at Scarefest than what is available throughout the entire season at night time, it's not a special lighting package or show for Scarefest specifically and I see no relevance to include something that is apparent all year round to be focused on during the evening as absolutely nothing changes and in regards to your latter comment, that's just ridiculous. My 'game' is fine, my views are 'fine', my channel is 'fine' and forever growing but I appreciate your concern. If you're not a fan of the content I offer or deliver there's plenty more to choose from. All the best.

I don't know how someone claiming to be a theme park reviewer or whatever you think you are could go to a Halloween event to give an honest and impartial review to viewers...wearing sunglasses in bright sunshine!! and then state that it's exactly the same experience as at night in the dark.Whilst most mazes are indoor(not all) it is still nothing like being there at night.I most look forward to your review of the fireworks, when you'll probably visit the day before it starts and say it's rubbish because you didn't see any.
