@@monicagrohne Will do...
Thank you for this tutorial I'm learning basic of klaviyo and now I have started to learn figma
What were the frame size dimensions on the mobile and desktop?
Mobile 300, desktop 600
You're absolutely beautiful! 😮 And the video was super helpful as well....thanks! 🙏
Hi Monica. Very helpful video!
I was wondering if you could put some context to why you design the way you do - more specifically, what does the different paths (designing in klaviyo versus uploading photo) do to deliverability?
I'm working with a very design focused boss and I need some clever & clear (quantitative) arguments on why he has to work directly in Klaviyo (with some compromises design wise).
Hope it makes sense!
All the best, Simon
Hi Simon, plain-text sections are more easily readable by the inbox and less often detected as spam. Emails with large image sections have a higher probability to be detected as spam, thus harming deliverability. It's a fine line but you'll see better KPIs with plaintext.
It's a fine line and you have to determine what is right for your client
Could you please make a tutorial on how to add stacked images in email.
Thank you
What do you mean by stacked images?
How can I share Klavio template to my clients in Chat (Link or other)??
Why do you prefer to design in Figma first rather than just designing right in Klaviyo?
You inevitably need a design tool to create images, etc. I love to be able to see the full design before implementing.
@@monicagrohne this one will saves a lot of time right
Helpful video. Thanks for uploading
Of course! Glad it was helpful!
Super helpful, thank you! Would love to see a video showing how you make the initial design in Figma.
Noted!!
Thanks for the video, definitely helped out. How did you get the buttons to not stack on mobile?
There is a setting in formatting for this - or you can opt to have specific sections/elements be hidden or shown on mobile vs desktop.
How does it look in dark mode? My emails look great but all messed up when sent to a phone in dark mode
Thank you. Very useful video ❤
Glad it was helpful!
How to add App store link to our emailer in klaviyo?
What are the width and height of these designs that go into Kulaviyo? for desktop and mobile
Hi Monica, I love your videos 😍. I have a question not concerning e-mails, but your superb symptom quiz on your Marea page. What kind of tool did you use to build it, since it seemlessly integrates into the page? I tried out Typeform, but it did not integrate so seemlessly before. Thanks for any hint.
Yes! We are using Octane ai and I highly recommend it because it integrates all of the information in Klaviyo! octaneai.grsm.io/vkfe1sgchhor
This is a great reminder that I should do a video on this :)
@@monicagrohne Thank you so much for sharing!
hi, how can i make the images unclickble?
This is the good tutorial. Can you please tell me how to add two images side by side in a section?
Hi there, you can either use a table or columns to do this.
@@monicagrohne Thank you!!!
Hi Monica. Just have a quick question. How would you export your Figma design to HTML and import it into Klaviyo as an HTML file?
Great question! Unfortunately not one I have the answer to :) I don't build in HTML.
Great video Monica! Experienced email marketer here and we still found tons of value from this!
What resources would you recommend for people starting out in Figma?
Thank you!! Honestly I found it pretty intuitive moving from illustrator but TH-cam is always helpful
Hello, thanks for the video! Is there a fix width size for the Desktop / mobile in Klaviyo?
I design 600px for desktop and 300px for mobile but typically design desktop to be mobile first.
@@monicagrohne really helpful. Thanks a lot
Do you use any of the Figma plugins to export the email as HTML?
How did you manage to get the first 'shop now' button upon the header image? :) I did not see it in Figma as well
The button was within the image - you can see at 3:03 how it is part of the image. You can also upload the image as the background of a section and then use a button section within klaviyo as an alternative however the entire image will not be clickable as you can't link section backgrounds.
