At 3:48:40 you were sure that the ghost threw book
meaning its not ghost writing
then u should have crossed out the evidence, as it cuts down the ghost types, which can help (this time it crossed out Thaye and Mare)
that meaning even if its just 1 evidence
u can get the idea about 2nd evidence (in this case it was ghost writing)

3:58:17 at this Hunt the ghost spawned at the door of garage the nearest prey/victim was Zeref But he still attacked Akshu that's the point where banshee targets his prey/victim before Hunt that's why the ghost didn't attack on Zeref which was nearer for the ghost to attack I already got the ghost type at the start of that Hunt.

Obake apna fingerprints easily nahi deta because he's Hrittik Roshan (he's having 6 fingers) so Obake always tries to hide his fingerprints even in normal modes...
And Banshee hone ka bhi koi chance nahi tha kyuki singing ya humming hua hi nahi, jo ki ability hai Banshee ki. I really thought it's an Obake

(Edit) The 6 finger fingerprints of an Obake tends to disappear faster (by 50 percent). So if a normal ghost lifts up its fingerprints in 1 minutes or 2 minutes (depending upon the update), an Obake will do it in half of that time, i.e, 30 secs/ 1 mins respectively.
