    This video combines a little bit of yoga and a whole lot of stretching. Equipment needed: mat or blanket and an optional yoga block which I highly recommend! We will begin in a tabletop position. If you have sensitive knees, double or quadruple roll your mat or blanket to provide your knees with more cushion. All stretches are designed to feel good, if they do not, STOP immediately. Remember to always ease into the poses! Happy stretching my friends!
