This course is really fun. We were the second ones to play the course on Saturday when they opened. Simon and Casey play two holes with us and everyone else that was there for the opening. The staff on this course are very kind and welcoming. You have to check this course now. So many needles whole 18 is iconic.
The idea of a mound of long grass Is brilliant to a sand bunker like traditional golf. Uphill run up with tall grass is a perfect bunker option to disc golf
The work that they put into this course in this amount of time..... absolutely insane!! Great course design boys! Love it. Can't wait to get out there!
I was lucky enough to meet Casey at Milo in Oregon after my kid struck up a conversation with him. He's even nicer and cooler in real life than in his videos. Wish I could make the opening. It'd be special. August 17th is my 60th b-day. So go clobber Simon for me, Casey! And..... I'm happy for both of you.
Played opening day this course was amazing. Great time playing and even with people on the course it flowed really well. Probably one of the best finishes I have seen to a course.
The course looks awesome, great job!! You guys are fun to watch play and interact with each other. If I'm ever in the area, I'm definitely making a stop there.
I've been bumming all week sad. Hurt elbow. Gained muscle in the gym now my games off bad. Saw this and thought it's 1am but I will watch a few minutes of it. 40 minutes later I'm smiling ear to ear and watched the entire thing. Cool course guys. Super cool.
Really pretty and challenging course for all. Anxious to see some tournaments?? Nice work to all involved. Große Auswahl an Grundstücken und Lochplatzierungen.
Love the wood chips showing where C1 is. Never understood why C1 isn't marked in a more permanent way but I suppose it's not a big deal in casual play.
lol "Too bad Casey." - Simon! Okay Casey love you and your channel too much to hold a grudge... you are forgiven for that curse out of Gannon blurp! GREAT COURSE, cannot wait to come play it. Awesome work in designing this Casey! Good luck at worlds, need to get back in the top 10!
@Casey ... My friend groups rule is if you can get to your shot and back to the tee in 7 seconds you can rethrow no penalty. It's usually a generous 7 seconds cause its hilarious and often results in some savage slips on the disc grab and turn. You also have to throw winded which doesn't always result in a better shot. We also allowed if you miss a putt, has to be a PUTT not a throw...if you miss a putt then make 3 in a row, you get the score of the first missed putt as if it were a make.
Conserve that lovely course! Wrap some 1st, 2nd, 3rd available trees and Plant you some trees/bushes around those 2-tree greens….maintain the integrity for years to come!
My friend groups casual rule is always 2 off the first, but if you play your first throw, you get 2 putts. I loved watching simon almost come up with this in real time lol it is always better to start with a birdie
I think I love Simon more than anybody, but it’s funny that the more he’s trailing/losing, the more he speaks in his competitor’s backswing… I feel like someday the wrong person is going to snap on him for it 😂😂😂
Question! In clicking through tee times, it displayed a message: "Mile Marker 63 is not currently booking tee times online." Is it OK if we go there without a tee time? I'll visit your Facebook page first to make sure you don't have an event on the day we'll visit.
Hole 8... absolutely beautiful! That tee pad... that should be the standard for all tee pads around the world (DGPT, you listening?). Hope to make it up there sometime to venture this gorgeous track!
I have a feeling all the moss surrounding hole 18 basket will be trampled and disappear and it makes me sad. Otherwise, sick fucking course my guys! It's oing on my wishlist.
I'm so jealous man... Even if I was making Simon money, my wife would STILL be pissed at me for playing disc golf all day. 'Course looks absolutely amazing though, what an amazing property and really well-balanced course design. Also, Casey, we know you shanked 17 for drama, you're gonna have to fake it better than that man!
Question: Is a dog on a leash allowed? (Yes - we always bring poop bags.) Not a deal breaker! Just want to know whether it's OK bring doggo with us or leave him at home before visiting this course.
Awsome course Casey and Simon, if you're ever in Colorado please check out Wondervu Disc Golf Course. Eagle McMahon owns the course with a -14, cheers and continued success.
@@purethccheck no I don’t hate it cause it’s hard work, I just hate it cause most of the time there’s no indication on UDisc or the t sign as to what pin it is. And if you are from out of town and don’t know which location is which, then it’s just a guessing game as to the distance. Or worse of the shot is blind then you may accidentally throw to the wrong location. You can definitely do it a right way, but personally I’ve never experienced a course that has done it the right way with moving pin locations.
@@Bestpolevaulter yeah totally. The best is if they have a screw to indicate which pin the basket is in but half the time the screw doesn't get changed than yeah its hard
"too bad Casey, good twelve down though.. " 🤣 Simon's an absolute savage

Neat holes I meant.
Casey knowing more about Simon’s discs is my favorite thing
The idea of a mound of long grass Is brilliant to a sand bunker like traditional golf. Uphill run up with tall grass is a perfect bunker option to disc golf
Exactly what I thought! Cheers mate!
I like this idea, but by the end of a tournament won’t all the grass be beaten down and easier to throw in?
@@ethanb456that’s why they’ll hire a dedicated grass fluffer
In tournament play lost disc would be rough. Rethrow from prevous lie or from tee and penalty stroke.
I love being itchy

Straight to the top of my course bucket list! Pinehenge looks amazing! I need to get a picture there some day
@colinarnold168 true! Pinehenge looking awesome.

Just got to play the course today, incredible!
nice
Hole eight is gorgeous! 14:10
Building the course around this hole was a great idea. Hopefully it lands on the pro tour one day....
“My first time with birdie on this hole”…me after playing the shorts every day for 2 years lol
I've been away for a bit so I don't know when it changed, but that intro is fantastic! Great work Casey.

Absolutely beautiful course.
Looks better than 90% they play on the US pro tour
Beautiful and thoughtful course with plenty of more upside. That proxy is really cool too.
That upside down tilt shot was superb! Sick course, and thanks for sharing!
this course looks so much fun! GJ u two!
Honestly, this is a beautiful looking course... and it looks like it would be a blast to play! Now to find the time and money to head out east...

If I didn't live half the country away I'd definitely play it! Looks awesome.
Wish I could play a round here! - St Louis
I'll see you Saturday! Me and my friends have the first tee time of the day!
When I go to play a casual round, I always give myself one warmup putt on the first hole. Of course, if it goes in, it counts, not the second one.
Amazing looking course, nice work!

Course looks great! Teepads look clean, what is under the turf?
looks like a disc golf valley course its insane
Simon, PROXY IS A VIDEO TERM (Along with other meanings). It was made for your Simon Line before you even had it :-)

I like 15's pine logs. More courses should do this because putting is too easy in general.
