Best way to grow spinach to feed entire family using containers

This is a DIY project on how to grow lots of spinach on your back yard by reusing plastic containers.
A great way to put those containers to good use instead of polluting the environment by dumping them in dump sites. This way we reduce our carbon footprint and at the same time enhance food security. My family no longer buys spinach as the micro-garden we have created can feed an entire family with 2 harvests per week.

A trick and one id reccomend to anyone gardening, is to grow comfry in some pots.. its basically like a weed but grows super fast and is the best thing for nutrients.. harvest it, use it for mulch, if u pack it inside a bucket and put the lid on, in a few weeks it will have turned into a sludge.. u use a small amount mixed with water to feed all your plants, its higher in nutrients than any fertilizer u can find..and its free! U can also jus add it into water to make a team but its super smelly and u have to use 1 3rd tea to water ratio. Which is alot for a big garden. But your plants especially fruiting plants, peppars, tomatoes etc will love u forever and grow twice as big. Its the greatest stuff u can use

Great idea on using old plastic buckets and bags to grow the spinach. Something else you may want to consider planting is swiss chard since you can cut the outer leaves and they will grow back and you can continue harvesting for the whole season.
