You can use Notion by going to Notion.so and making an account. Then hook up automations on that setup. If you ever get stuck, Notion has a good community of ambassadors so there's always someone near you that can help out.
It's been a while but I probably used Powerpoint. It's the quickest way to make simple animations for workflows. Complex things I usually pick Fusion in Resolve but that usually eats into the time.

You can Import/Export blueprints, but regardless there is some work like setting up the connection with Notion/Instagram. Using the blueprint and then just tweaking it a bit could be a nice service for those that don't have the time for it.
I love the workflow. But do you had any problems with the Instagram ToS? As third party tools are not allowed I heard it can lead to suspension. Obviously you never should overdo an automation like this. Just want to hear if you heard anything about that. Cheers!
I didn't have any issues with the ToS but I think that's mostly due to the limited use and the fact that its not offered as a service. I do see insta popping up in things like metricool so maybe they are adjusting the policy a bit. Can totally get they want to avoid a lot of bots filling the platform.
No, I take the layers from somewhere else and combine that to generate a unique new image. Now if I really wanted to generate from scratch I could use something like AI, but that wouldn't give me nearly as much control on the output.

@@toolsontech It also triggers when edited but makes no sense to run the scenario another way than scheduled due to the purpose of it. and also even if decided to do so, the search object module is still needed to retrieve all data, so either way makes no sense to use the watch module! Making Notion faster requires mostly work by Notion, but the quickest tips would be to use the Desktop App and maybe have a critical look to any DB setups you have. But for that I would need a good example. With my Database Engineer background I might just make optimized structures by default.

Yes, this is the same for posting photography / videography as well, though video is a bit tricky due to file size. But instead of generating the image you can skip that step and just post the image as if. You could also use this setup with a bottom layer of an image and a top watermark if you want to auto watermark images.

It's been a while since I made this, but I believe I was using the timer setup due to not having a good option for instant send back then. Normally you would need a webhook setup for instant send. But that has limited use because you only want the instant send after you're down filling the notion data else it will send empty records and that is pointless
Video can work in the same way, haven't tested it. At least the posting part, if you want to generate layers like I do with images here then I think that's asking too much from the HTML layout. Won't have time to explain it, don't have the time right now. Might have to dive into it in the future and when that's the case you can be sure I will record it then.

For one, it keeps saying that "Instagram Business accounts connected to a Page that requires Page Publishing Authorization (PPA) cannot be published to until PPA has been completed." What steps do I need to do to see my account that I plan to automate (business account not personal).
Can you do a video about only uploading one image to IG. I use for example googlesheets with the URL of the image, that I get from Imgur, and IG "should" take the URL and publish it. Infact I get an URL Value error. Would vmbe awesome to get your knowledge on that one.

That way you save operations by not getting several updated items and then filtering them. Am I right?
From what I remember watch database only triggered when adding items and I wanted to filter for specific items. So pretty spot on.
