I don't really know anything about selling reptiles, but my very uneducated guess is that it could be helpful with the dark display to have pictures of the animals on the lids? So that people don't just assume there's nothing there
I love the idea of the black boxes, not only to keep the animals "fired up" but mostly to keep them stress-free because we all know such expo's are stressful (for both humans and animals)
I wish I could buy one of these Puerto rican boa! I am a huge fan of chilabothrus boas. I have a red mountain boa and a cuban boa, and I am looking for those dwarf Caribbean boas too, they are amazing. Totally agree with Garretts pick!
That same day we got a crested from Crested G Ranch. They are really awesome people! They took time out of thier day to talk to our 8 year old on what she would like and not like male or female it was so sweet of them.
Loved the show didn't find what I was looking for but did pick up a giant Halmahera gecko, also greatly appreciate you taking a picture with you it was an honor to meet you!
Little miss Texas has a good sence of humour. It always gets me when I see the aussie reptiles that you have over there and all the reptiles you have available to you in the US and I while never see here in Australia.

That amazingly _kyoot_ and _biutiful_ little guy at 6:12 is the exact species i had about 27 years ago, stay with me for a while until one day my sister left the balcony door open and he escaped..... as soon as i saw the thumbnail i was so excited, it feels just like looking at him. My girlfriend back then gave him to me as a present, and i always was under the impression he was a Basilisk, but could you tell me the exact name perhaps? Is it a "Jesus lizard", a "Helmet-basilisk"? Aww, he is so handsome and awesome and cool, it really is the 1st time i've now seen him in a video, so i guess these guys are pretty rare? The cogwheel turtle is awesome! I’d love to see an adult next to a baby, to see what you mean by the shell differences. Does the adult keep that type of heart shape?

MAN! I should have planned to go to Arlington. I was all hell bent on Tinkey this June (now moved to Schaumburg) and as far as I know, none of my favorite youtubers are going to be there. 😭 Which is like a1/3rd of the reason I was gunna go, so I could hopefully meet my favorite youtubers. UGH! Oh well. Also, I 100% agree with Garrett's choice for best snake at the show. One of my bucketlist snakes is in the same genus chilabothrus, the Dominican red mountain boa, which Garrett mentioned. And I actually like the more muted brown phase of them.

Texas is mask optional and it's almost impossible to get anyone to wear them... Our governor repealed mask mandates a few months back and everyone just decided we were fine I guess.
This! Even Dav wasn't wearing one, which I was surprised and disappointed by. Even if masks are *legally* optional.... by now everyone knows they are putting others at risk when gathered indoors without masks. I was a big supporter until this video. Upsetting to see this behavior from a fellow Minnesotan 😷
@@RPVideoGirls the only reason I was slightly less bothered by him not wearing one (not entirely, but slightly) was in a previous video, the store opening I believe, he says he's fully vaccinated. I still think we should all keep wearing masks after being vaccinated until everyone who can be is... Since it doesn't guarantee you won't get it, it's safer for you and everyone else to keep wearing one. Especially in areas that aren't very widely vaccinated, and don't follow safety guidelines that closely...
