- this 1989 Pontiac was long since forgotten, found again and given to me. now what do I do with it???

What a find. I'm physically hurting for the poor thing tho (those 3rd gen Pontiacs are my fave 🚗 in the whole world). I hope it will be restored so we can see it on the roads again. 🤍
My cousin actually currently has the car. He says that he has something special in mind for it, but it is not going to get scrapped.

I had a 1989 GTA. Brings back memories. That steering wheel looks interesting. It's from the 1990+ Firebirds.
I don't doubt it. if I had a title for It, I would have definitely saved it and found something else for the 55. The good news is that it lives still. Thank you so much for commenting. I really appreciate it.

It a tbl 5.0 with a 700r4 look at the rpo codes to see what rear gear I drive a 91 t/a and it doesn't look as good as this but that the price I paid it was completely Rattle canned and it thick😑 but my floor board look good 😅 I wish I had the money for the rear wing
But the wheels on fb they will sale 16x8 mostly found on the GTA cars though my 91 had them stock it a non GTA hope this helps

It's already gone to a new home. But there were some hints that it will live again..... Sort of.

Its not a trans am, 87 and up they all had Fuel injection TPI.
Awesome, can you please educate me on the difference? Because there’s a lot of markings on the car that actually said Trans Am. Unless somebody put them there.
@@bigwrenchtech A lot of these people would put tags or stickers saying they were Trans Ams etc. From 1986 and up All the IROC-Z and Trans AMs had the 145 MPH speedometer in them, the 110 usually was a V6 or a TBI injection for the Firebird or RS Camaro, if it was a real 8 cylinder car! Would look at your 8th dight of your car, F was a 305 Tuned Port, 8 was a 350 factory car. A lot of these Performance cars came with a posi track rear end, usually nothing for the Firebird or RS Camaro, but it was a option, you could put a posi in a V6 etc. Them rear ends are junk and only made for V6 cars, their 7.5 ring and pinion, GM did have a Performance unit back in the 80s where you could have ordered a Dana 44 with the 8.5 ring and pinion. GM are dirt bags for selling these cheap rear ends, so you blow them up, you'd have to buy another one, a 6 cylinder rear end in the quarter mile? Lol. @@bigwrenchtech there very large these spider's luckily in the UK we don't get large spider's thank God I've seen these black spiders that live in small holes in the walls but no big fierce ones .......my cat kills spider's lol breaks off the legs and just watches... The spider with no legs poor spider.....
