tbh I made this by mistake before I even saw the video, I was jus throwin random stuff into a pot to make soup, its exactly this but no japaneno, an I kept the juice from the canned vegetables to add as extra broth XD, then I googled wild western soups out of curiosity n this plapped up

Nice, I think I would add a TBSP or two of flour. I would incorporate it when the ground beef is almost down just to thicken the sauce a little.

This is a soup and the ingredients are a bit different, but it's close to a chili, yes!
