My father made me fall in love with subaru oni and i can say this is one of my favorite songs. Which is weird for someone my age( i was born in 2002 incase you are wondering)
With this, I am of opinion that we have lost an array of good and talented music talented musicians in Nigeria what you are doing is throwing legacies to the coming generations.

Thank you Ken for the beautiful artwork. Do forgive my indulgence for the use without getting your permission. Did not know how to get in touch with you.
Suberu Oni lived right behind my granny's house in Ondo, wonderful big gentle giant of a man. I remember him coming over to pay his respects to the elders on Ijoka Lane in Ondo. I was frankly afraid of him cause he looked like a giant in my 8 year old eyes back then. Thanks for all the memories. Keep em coming, we're loving em

In those days people listen to music for rebuking, for correction and for advice. All we are hearing now from this so called new generation is nothing but headache. God bless you all.
this let me remmber my father gon of the days when my father was listen to this music one boltle of gulder in his hand dance in the room very funny any way thanks alot for oploading i thinks i was 12 years then now am father good memory love frm California Dotun
Thanks for this upload. I was listening to his music only on the Rediffusion in the 60s. That was the only medium of information available to many of us at that time and because it was mounted outside of many houses at that time and it was therefore available to all. But I still think we need a museum for our pioneers in the many areas of human developments. Your mentioning of I. B Oriowo and Kayode Ige is also very notable in your narration. I thank you again for uploading this history.

Suberu Oni was not the big one. He’s the light-skinned slim one. The dark-skin big guy with deep voice was Mr Agunlola Baba Iyabo.
@@nikselegance65 , quite right. Just got back on this post. Suberu was the small guy, and Buraimoh Ikusika "Agun" was the tall big guy. Thanks.
