Hello, just wondering if you would have any idea of what’s causing an issue that I’m having with a Phoenix 400, I’m welding Aluminium and sometimes not every time, I’m welding; stop; and when I press the trigger the wire starts feeding backwards, stop again, press trigger and wire comes back. It has happened at different amps, don’t seem to find a pattern or a root of the issue, it’s weird and not helpful when I’m sometimes trying to tack something and holding with my other hand and have to let go of the part because wire is going backwards. Im in Australia and don’t have lots of information about these great machines.
Hi, can you provide set-up and training for the EWM Taurus 355 Basic please? Can't find any info anywhere on how to fine-tune settings for best results. Thanks
