I love the app pair. I pair three apps together. I pair your calendar, Google task. And Google calendar. By pairing these together, I can write and lock in all appointments on one screen at the same time.
That is a good pairing of devices. I really think Samsung is following the suit of Apple when it comes to the ecosystem.

How to set palm rejection on one note? In native samsung note just toggle finger drawing to off....

yes it can sync feeds, however I do not believe you can share the same notebook from the two different apps.
does your finger get sore holding the pen for longish periods of time?
That is a really great question. I have never had an issue with hold the s pen for extended periods. However, I don't use the fold for hours at end. I do find that from time to time holding my iPad pencil does call me a little pain, but that is mostly because of how I am writing.
Nope, it is small, and you're switching between finger and pen. You can also purchase the S pen pro, which is a full-size pen.

One note is the choice of professionals. Since OneNote syncs with everything, many people really enjoy it.
Note taking on the fold sucks big time
It's all about your use case. If I was standing upright at a train station and needed to take a quick note, the fold would be the solution: opening up my bag, taking out my tablet, and trying to take notes.
