I always loved the Adtranz train. Its actually faster than Amy. Still sad that the rides I had with Adtranz are now just memories...
Honestly, I took the AMY set 2 weeks before. I can say that the train was kind of slow as I can see compared to the KJL line. Obviously, one of the coaches was really hot due to the way how the air cons are distributed. Sadly, I didn't get the chance to ride the Adtranz as it had retired

Also, the system of the 2 LRT are different. AMY can go up to 70kmh but METRO/ART (KJL) can go up to 80kmh
@@darrishng7674 AMY Traction will automatically turn off/shut off when its completely stopped. Thats to conserve energy and save power. OFC its slower since the traction need time to startup. Its different from KJL because those tractions remain powered.

I rode the Adtranz once only since i was a kids. My last ride for adtranz one way back in 2008 i was a primary students from Masjid Jamek to Pudu only before discomission around 2016.
Wow, its so cool, i never go to the train depoh, i hope one day i can go there 😀
If I'm not mistaken, there's one Adtranz train set displayed near KUPTM at Shamelin Perkasa or to be precise near Pandan Jaya Station.

hi. star time lrt train, i take before when i stay at kl ..that's why until now i still call as star lrt
Yes. Some older generations sill called it as STAR LRT but as or the younger generations they called it as LRT Sri Petaling/Ampang or LRT SPAG Line
@@VenniisaSays yup.. you haven't take before, the previous train one ? Actually no difference so much with the new train
Sadly, I didn't rode the previous one when I was take the line the new trains are on track back in 2020
