7:00 "That is a lot of Balista" lol, as soon as i saw you enter combat and the number of troops your opponent has, i knew you were done 😂 unless a super OP spell is used
I used to argue with my neighbor (we played heroes of might and magic together), which one is better - HoMM 3 or HoMM 4. I liked HoMM 4 better than HoMM 3. Now i like HoMM 3 better. I like the fact that yoi can control heroes better in HoMM 4, and i really like the talents / abilities that heroes get while leveling in 4. Like, you can mix druid and necro and be able to summon those Necropolis ranhe units. But the issue i have with 4 is that heroes are getting killed waaaaay to fast and it's very hard to keep them alive in combat. I dont like that game mechanic. They even alow heroes to resurect automatically if they die during the town siege, which happens almost all the time when you play hard difficulties
I'm huge fan of both of these games. Heroes 4 was my introduction and while I play Heroes 3 more, I love both of these games. When playing Heroes 4 campaigns to avoid my Heroes dying I would max Combat Skill asap, even when playing as spellcaster. It's seems for me to be mandatory, because other ways of getting defense are much harder and weaker.
I do like the inclusion of the heroes more than just "use a spell every round", but yeah, having them die way too quickly was always frustrating to me. I liked how they tweaked that change, and the heroes in HoMM V have a turn to attack as well as cast spells during the round, without having the risk of them dying, leaving your army leaderless.
