బాగుంది, కాకపోతే ఉల్లి,వెల్లుల్లి లేకుండా అంటే కొద్దిగా ఇబ్బందే. ఇవి రెండూ కూడా ఆరోగ్య ప్రకారం చాలా మేలు చేసేవి, వీటిని స్వీకరించ నీ వారు 20% మాత్రమే. దానికోసం పూర్తిగా Avoid చేయటం కొద్దిగా ఇబ్బంది కరమైన విషయమే. ఏది ఏమైనా బ్రాహ్మణ భోజనం అంటే ఒక ప్రత్యకత అంటూ ఉంది, దానిని నేను ఎప్పటికీ మర్చిపోను, వేరే దేనితోనూ పోల్చుకొలేను. జంగారెడ్డి గూడెం లో కూడా కాజా పంతులుగారు హోటల్ కూడా అంతా బ్రాహ్మలు తోటే చేయిస్తారు, రాజమండ్రి మొత్తం లో ఎక్కడ ఉండదు, అలాంటి భోజనం.
ఆ రోజు నుండి ఈ రోజు వరకు మా ఇంట్లో పొయ్యి వెలగలేదు. మేము మూడు అంతస్థుల యిల్లు వదిలి బాబు దగ్గరే మట్టిలో కూర్చుంటున్నాము.చూసేవాళ్ళు కంటతడి పెట్టుకుంటున్నారు.ఒక రోజు నేను ఏడుస్తూ ఎందుకో బాబు రిపోర్ట్స్ చూస్తే భయంకరమైన నిజాలు కనబడ్డాయి. మాకు ట్రీట్ చేసిన డాక్టర్లు వేరు,డిశ్చార్జ్ షీట్ లో ఉన్న పేర్లు వేరు ,సర్జన్ పేరు మాత్రం ఉంది.ఇదేంటి అని అన్నీ పరిశీలించాను. రిపోర్ట్స్ అన్ని నార్మల్ ఉన్నాయి . బాబుకు ఏ ప్రాబ్లమ్ లేదు .ఆ రిపోర్ట్స్ అదే అపోల్లో హాస్పిటల్ MD radiologist ఇచ్చినవి . రిపోర్ట్స్ రాకముందే ఆపరేషన్ ఎందుకు చేశారు? ఎందుకు తొందర పెట్టారు? అసలు చనిపోవడానికి వాళ్ళు చెప్పిన కారణం ఏమిటి ? పెద్ద మోసం జరిగిందని అర్థం అయ్యింది .దుర్మార్గం కనిపెట్టాను .ఒక తల్లిగా వాళ్ళ మోసానికి అప్పుడు బాబును కోల్పోయాను కానీ లాయర్ గా ఉన్నత విద్యావంతురాలిగా పరిశీలించాను,ఆధారాలన్ని సేకరించాను.మా బాబుకు న్యాయం జరగాలని ,మాలాగా ఇంకెవరికి జరగకూడదని case పెట్టాము.ఇక్కడినుండి ఇంకొక దుర్మార్గం మొదలైంది.ఏమిటో మీకు నేను వివరించి చెప్పక్కర్లేదు మీకు తెలుసు. వొక్కగానొక్క బిడ్డను కోల్పోయిన తల్లిదండ్రులను చూసి జాలిపడకపోగా అందరూ శత్రువుల్లాగా మారిపోయారు. కేస్ పెట్టొద్దని బెదిరింపులు, అందరినికొనేశారు. ఐనా ధైర్యంగా నిలబడ్డాము. బిడ్డే పోయిన తర్వాత ఇంక చావుకు భయపడతామా? మమ్మల్ని ఇంతకు ముందు చూసినవారు ఇప్పుడు గుర్తుపట్టడం లేదు. అందంగా వుండే నేను మా పొలం లో గుడి ( బాబును పెట్టిన స్థలం, దాని పైనే మావారు గుడి కట్టిస్తున్నారు, గుడి ఎందుకు కడుతున్నారంటే, మూడోరోజు బాబును పెట్టిన దగ్గర ఒక అద్భుతం జరిగింది.( మరొక సందర్భంలో ఈ విషయం చెపుతాను,యిది సమయం కాదు. ) దగ్గరే ఎండలో, వానలో అలానే కూర్చుని కురూపి లా మారిపోయాను, ఇప్పుడు Instagram, ట్విట్టర్ చూసి ఈవిడేనా అని గుర్తుపట్టట్లేదు ఎవ్వరూ.అవి సంతోషంగా వుండే రోజులు ,లోకం విషం తెలియని రోజులు,స్వర్గం లాటి సంసారం నవ్వులు పూచే యిల్లు ఉన్న రోజులు.ఇప్పుడు అంతా చీకటి,కన్నీళ్ళు. మావారి పరిస్థితి దారుణంగా మారిపోయింది. నిద్రలో తప్ప కన్నీళ్లు ఆగడం లేదు. రాజసం తో పులి లా వుండే మనిషి సంతకం కూడా మర్చిపోయే స్థితికి వచ్చేసారు. ఎందుకంటే శ్రీరాముడు గురించి మీరు వినివుంటారు కానీ మేము కొడుకుగా పొందాము . తల్లిదండ్రులను దైవాలుగా పూజించేవాడు .వాళ్ళ నాన్న చెప్పిన మాట మాత్రమే కాదు,ఆయన మనసులో ఇలా అనుకుంటున్నారు అనుకుంటే అది ఆ క్షణం లోనే అనుసరిస్తాడు .ఎప్పుడూ చిరునవ్వే . ఇంటికి ప్రాణం తనే . ఇల్లు ,ఇంట్లో మనుషులు మూగపోయారు. పనివాళ్ళు రోహిత్ బాబు లేరు అనే విషయం ఒప్పుకోవట్లేదు , అమ్మా మా బాబు ఎక్కడికీ వెళ్ళలేదు షూటింగ్ కో కాలేజ్ కో వెళ్లారు అంటూ ఏడుస్తున్నారు. ఎందుకంటే అందరినీ ఎంతో అభిమానంగా ఆదరిస్తాడు. ఎవరైనా కష్టం లో ఉంటే వెంటనే వాళ్ళ నాన్నగారికి చెప్పి డబ్బు ఇప్పిస్తాడు .సున్నితమైన మనసు. చూసేది సినిమా అది నటన అని తెలిసినా కన్నీళ్లు పెట్టుకుంటాడు .

Nice video and very useful. I make few suggestions for them to highlight in their next video. 1. Suggest that they use oil only once and don’t use it again. Most of the customers are aged and your employed couples. Most of the old obviously have sensitive stomach and digestion issues. 2. They should emphasise on quality of vegetables and their proper cleaning. 3. Also emphasis on thoroughly clean carrier vessels and cooking vessels. 4. Suggest to offer services to little far away places like Ameerpet, Panjagutta, Raj Bhavan Road, Hitec city/Madhapur area, Banjara & Jubilee Hills areas where predominantly IT people as well as many aged group stays. The courier charges may be little more, but that will not be an issue if food quality and taste is good.

ఆ రోజు నుండి ఈ రోజు వరకు మా ఇంట్లో పొయ్యి వెలగలేదు. మేము మూడు అంతస్థుల యిల్లు వదిలి బాబు దగ్గరే మట్టిలో కూర్చుంటున్నాము.చూసేవాళ్ళు కంటతడి పెట్టుకుంటున్నారు.ఒక రోజు నేను ఏడుస్తూ ఎందుకో బాబు రిపోర్ట్స్ చూస్తే భయంకరమైన నిజాలు కనబడ్డాయి. మాకు ట్రీట్ చేసిన డాక్టర్లు వేరు,డిశ్చార్జ్ షీట్ లో ఉన్న పేర్లు వేరు ,సర్జన్ పేరు మాత్రం ఉంది.ఇదేంటి అని అన్నీ పరిశీలించాను. రిపోర్ట్స్ అన్ని నార్మల్ ఉన్నాయి . బాబుకు ఏ ప్రాబ్లమ్ లేదు .ఆ రిపోర్ట్స్ అదే అపోల్లో హాస్పిటల్ MD radiologist ఇచ్చినవి . రిపోర్ట్స్ రాకముందే ఆపరేషన్ ఎందుకు చేశారు? ఎందుకు తొందర పెట్టారు? అసలు చనిపోవడానికి వాళ్ళు చెప్పిన కారణం ఏమిటి ? పెద్ద మోసం జరిగిందని అర్థం అయ్యింది .దుర్మార్గం కనిపెట్టాను .ఒక తల్లిగా వాళ్ళ మోసానికి అప్పుడు బాబును కోల్పోయాను కానీ లాయర్ గా ఉన్నత విద్యావంతురాలిగా పరిశీలించాను,ఆధారాలన్ని సేకరించాను.మా బాబుకు న్యాయం జరగాలని ,మాలాగా ఇంకెవరికి జరగకూడదని case పెట్టాము.ఇక్కడినుండి ఇంకొక దుర్మార్గం మొదలైంది.ఏమిటో మీకు నేను వివరించి చెప్పక్కర్లేదు మీకు తెలుసు. వొక్కగానొక్క బిడ్డను కోల్పోయిన తల్లిదండ్రులను చూసి జాలిపడకపోగా అందరూ శత్రువుల్లాగా మారిపోయారు. కేస్ పెట్టొద్దని బెదిరింపులు, అందరినికొనేశారు. ఐనా ధైర్యంగా నిలబడ్డాము. బిడ్డే పోయిన తర్వాత ఇంక చావుకు భయపడతామా? మమ్మల్ని ఇంతకు ముందు చూసినవారు ఇప్పుడు గుర్తుపట్టడం లేదు. అందంగా వుండే నేను మా పొలం లో గుడి ( బాబును పెట్టిన స్థలం, దాని పైనే మావారు గుడి కట్టిస్తున్నారు, గుడి ఎందుకు కడుతున్నారంటే, మూడోరోజు బాబును పెట్టిన దగ్గర ఒక అద్భుతం జరిగింది.( మరొక సందర్భంలో ఈ విషయం చెపుతాను,యిది సమయం కాదు. ) దగ్గరే ఎండలో, వానలో అలానే కూర్చుని కురూపి లా మారిపోయాను, ఇప్పుడు Instagram, ట్విట్టర్ చూసి ఈవిడేనా అని గుర్తుపట్టట్లేదు ఎవ్వరూ.అవి సంతోషంగా వుండే రోజులు ,లోకం విషం తెలియని రోజులు,స్వర్గం లాటి సంసారం నవ్వులు పూచే యిల్లు ఉన్న రోజులు.ఇప్పుడు అంతా చీకటి,కన్నీళ్ళు. మావారి పరిస్థితి దారుణంగా మారిపోయింది. నిద్రలో తప్ప కన్నీళ్లు ఆగడం లేదు. రాజసం తో పులి లా వుండే మనిషి సంతకం కూడా మర్చిపోయే స్థితికి వచ్చేసారు. ఎందుకంటే శ్రీరాముడు గురించి మీరు వినివుంటారు కానీ మేము కొడుకుగా పొందాము . తల్లిదండ్రులను దైవాలుగా పూజించేవాడు .వాళ్ళ నాన్న చెప్పిన మాట మాత్రమే కాదు,ఆయన మనసులో ఇలా అనుకుంటున్నారు అనుకుంటే అది ఆ క్షణం లోనే అనుసరిస్తాడు .ఎప్పుడూ చిరునవ్వే . ఇంటికి ప్రాణం తనే . ఇల్లు ,ఇంట్లో మనుషులు మూగపోయారు. పనివాళ్ళు రోహిత్ బాబు లేరు అనే విషయం ఒప్పుకోవట్లేదు , అమ్మా మా బాబు ఎక్కడికీ వెళ్ళలేదు షూటింగ్ కో కాలేజ్ కో వెళ్లారు అంటూ ఏడుస్తున్నారు. ఎందుకంటే అందరినీ ఎంతో అభిమానంగా ఆదరిస్తాడు. ఎవరైనా కష్టం లో ఉంటే వెంటనే వాళ్ళ నాన్నగారికి చెప్పి డబ్బు ఇప్పిస్తాడు .సున్నితమైన మనసు. చూసేది సినిమా అది నటన అని తెలిసినా కన్నీళ్లు పెట్టుకుంటాడు .

Nice video and very useful. I make few suggestions for them to highlight in their next video.
1. Suggest that they use oil only once and don’t use it again. Most of the customers are aged and your employed couples. Most of the old obviously have sensitive stomach and digestion issues.
2. They should emphasise on quality of vegetables and their proper cleaning.
3. Also emphasis on thoroughly clean carrier vessels and cooking vessels.
4. Suggest to offer services to little far away places like Ameerpet, Panjagutta, Raj Bhavan Road, Hitec city/Madhapur area, Banjara & Jubilee Hills areas where predominantly IT people as well as many aged group stays. The courier charges may be little more, but that will not be an issue if food quality and taste is good.

Brahmana bhojanam does not promote casteism. It conveys the type of food. Ayyangari food is different from traditional Andhra Brahmin food. Similarly, Karnataka Brahmin food is entirely different in taste.
'Brahmin bhojanam' means Pure Vegetarian Food. It is usually served in plantain leaf. Tradition, culture and habits are fast undergoing rapid changes... I feel, if the promoters increase, the cost would naturally come down.
Brahmins do not live long if they eat this food.
