just restart he lab If you again getting the same issue, then if you got this task then in that case firstly you have to create the topic its a simple process in the pub sub window you can find the + icon button names as create topic so just click on it and the copy the name "cloud-pubsub-topic" this and then create the topic then follow the video copy and pasting of the names can be different but from where i am copping the name that was same. by following this you can get the 100score on the lab
