    This is the best piyo class I've ever done! So efficient, clear, effective, and well-paced. I've taken many many piyo classes live and they all pause way too much for breaks, explain too much and spend the whole time talking not doing, don't flow smoothly from one section to another, run out of time and can't hit core and more, etc. EXCELLENT WORK!!!! THANK YOU!

    This looks like an awesome workout. The lady to the far right in the back should be commended. She kept up through the whole workout. As an older woman who is a little overweight myself, I know how hard that had to be. She inspired me to know that I can do this workout. Yes, sister, keep it up!!

    i love this video . i start to do it every day since 2 weeks allready My first time i was able to do it only 15 min and i start to cry . i saw the old lady how she is doing and i was very upsed to myself. every day i practice and today after 2 weeks i can make the all workout and im proud of me.. I try it other exercise as well but this one for me is the best. please try to load others . you have a lot of fans

    I appreciate the diverse levels of ability and concise instruction, but more than that there was no 'new age' language and the music was encouraging, too. Thank for a great workout...I worked, stretched, and sweat-the sign of a good workout.

    Great view! Great sound! Great technique! I'm a veteran instructor of yoga and pilates but new to piyo. Thanks for the vocal cues. I will be doing this one again.

    Arms and legs are coming back only could do 48 min today but can't wait to finish it!

    Such a great video! What really stands out and makes this one different is that there's a variety of women with different body types and not all cookie cutter blondes with perfect bods, that inspires me and makes me trust this instructor. I would like to see more from her. SJB

    What a great looking workout. I like that this video actually shows regular sized people that are trying to lose weight instead of them all looking so skinny already! YOU GO GIRLS, YOU GOT THIS!

    I started doing PiYo with round 43, so this was completely new for me and even though I did it for the first time at home, I was able to follow with the cues--very important. Nice that there was music and that you can hear the music and the instructor clearly. Along with that, I second what everyone else has said below. Please add more! Why is there only one video?

      Thank you for the review!! I apologize at only having one video on TH-cam. I broke my arm at the end of December and it's taken a surprisingly long time to recover. I will soon post another!

    Full of balance challenges and more pushups than an all-female class usually has - this was solid. But too much exercise repetition and the shoulder pushups gave me a headache so I don't see myself repeating it.

    Found out about PiYo and googled it immediately and 30 seconds later I did this workout. So from finding to exercise start was about 60 seconds.

    Thank you again Kelly for your videos. Who needs to drive 20 miles to a class and pay for the privilege! Have a question. I’m 71, have pretty severe spinal stenosis and have a bum knee, bone on bone on the inside. I do the workout with my hands on the lowest level of the step. That allows me to be able to tuck my legs under when going from plank to high low bend or whatever. Is that okay? Thanks.

      Absolutely! Modify anything you need during any workout, not just my videos but for any of them. Work at your own pace and your own level.
