As a small business owner you have to evolve your business. I think those changes are for the good. Never been to your store but a big fan of your organization.
I got one, I can't have corals, the lighting bleaches everything. My Anemone is doing alright but everything else has bleached and died. Other than that it's been alright.
I buy/take in used tanks all the time. If something happens I have 5 other systems on hand to take in the livestock, and I'm usually around the tanks bc I'm where March was in his business 15 years ago. If something leaks, I reseal it myself. Probably the only situation where used tanks make sense
Having projects and evolving is a good thing March. In regards to some tanks when they’re mass produced then you get blemishes and tanks that aren’t built as well.
i disagree with your stakement of dont buy a used tank sure theyt can break but so do new ones its on the new onwer i cheack if the silicone is still good and if its not it should be based on his skill level does he want to replace it or does he/she not buy the tank at all
I actually had the front seal of my G1 V3 reefer 250 let go on me last week, lost 3 fish. Thankfully the water alarm woke me up and I was semi prepared. Picked up a 100gal Water box tank (used) to replace it. Also had to buy a new couch to fit said water box tank. lolz

I've never seen anyone just pull of tentacles of a torch before.
I love your store. The corals and display aquariums are beautiful. It's amazing that I learn what the corals are from watching all the videos.
It’s can be ok to buy a used aquarium. Don’t by a Red Sea gen 1 especially a used one!!

@@KMCA779That’s not because of your tank my guy
@@KMCA779 what kind of corals have died? What is your lighting setup?

RIP Fragoon
And we know that most customers will NOT say... "Excuse me, I think you charged me too little for that. You've must have made a mistake."

Having 3 vasectomies really takes a toll on your body
I totally agree.
Snip snap! Do you have any idea what kind of toll that takes on a person? 😂

A company owner shouldn't assume his/her employees can read your mind. I had that issue with my previous boss.
