i mean, this video is just a speculation of what an anti-piracy screen could look like in ACNH. however, there are games that have done this exact thing to stop people from playing pirated copies of the game! Spyro 3 is a great example. it plays the game normally at first, but then a fairy character you interact with at some point says "I'm sorry, Spyro, but you seem to be playing a hacked version of this game. This may be an illegal copy. Since this copy has been modified, you may experience problems that would not occur on a legal copy." after this, a lot of people notice that many of the eggs would disappear while playing, making it quite literally impossible to finish the game on that copy. it's really interesting!
