It will give a major boost to the development of the surrounding areas.

I do support the redevelopment of this University but I don't think that 400 to 500 Acres of Land is going to be enough for a University that is being developed ti cater the needs for not only present Thoughts, Philosophies and Technologies but is also being developed for the future studies. Similarly Nalanda University shouldn't be the only central University in the region but a a whole Educational City must be created consisting of IITs, AIIMS, IIMs, IISER and other research institutions. The world is rapidly developing technologies and hence there is a greay need for India to develop its Educational cities for the Purpose of Higher research ib every field.
Have you seen the campus of IIT Guwahati, IIM Calcutta, NIT Silchar, their campus are full of lakes. IIT Bombay's campus is surrounded by 2 big lakes. If the NU campus will be full of trees, there won't be any problem. As they create their own ecosystem. And the buildings are designed in a way that they are Highly energy efficient. I think there will be no problem
Nalanda University can be build again if you dedicate yourself to research topics of the Study at Nalanda University and teach them unbiasedly to eager students. Teach both the teachings of the Buddhist Masters that taught there as well as the Hindu Acharyas' teachings. I can hint that the teachings of the Ancient Buddhist Master"a who taught at Nalanda University was preserved in the Tibetan Buddhist Monasteries. Then you can build the actual University as it once was.
Yes, there should be no external politics influence in our great nalanda university, it will not involve in any judgements or internal issues of nalanda university. This should given as an absolute autonomy to the Nalanda University, which they can decide what is good for the future of students.

Nalanda University ke time pe Hindi language thi hi nahi. Us waqt Sanskrit, Magadhi, Bhojpuri, Pali, Maithili boli jati thi Bihar me.
