Fair play for putting up with Mouth Almighty all day long. He was like a Harry Enfield/Paul Whitehouse creation! One of those people who think you have been waiting all your life to hear his opinions about cricket
Is there a doc soemwhere explaining how the different leagues in the area work? Which is considered to be of highest quality? How many are ECB premier Leagues and such? Are their options to switch to a different league system
The main competitive leagues in the Lancashire club network are… Greater Manchester Cricket League (GMCL) North West Cricket League (recent merger of Bolton and Ribblesdale leagues) Lancashire League Liverpool Comp Northern Premier (where Longridge are from) All those are ECB Prems except NWCL. The highest standard is the Liverpool Comp.
Some fans are a little over zealous about their club Keith. Saying that none of Clitheroes players would get into their team shows they have little knowledge of the Premier league. Also, Clitheroe had a bad day at the office with no one on real form. Their overseas Matt De Villiers played 2 years for another club i follow in Hampshire.. Hambledon. He scored hundreds for fun as they were promoted last year. This year they havent won a single match and are missing him. Good all rounder though. The Lancashire leagues are a different to level to the Hampshire leagues
@@mdenney67 No, just calling it as it is - how many has he hit with his chucked bouncer that's about 50mph faster than his normal deliveries? Umpires need to do their jobs and call him for chucking.

That J Mullin looked incredibly village for this standard of cricket
