    I know in Catalonia it is traditional to drink a particular wine or liquor with Tarta Santiago.Can you please remind me?

    Can you please tell us the quantity of almond flour you got from the whole almonds? We want to skip the hard part and just use store-bought almond flour. Thanks

      Yes, of course! You can use the same amount (300 grams)

    I ate it in a reataurant, I think they cheat, added flour, it was very dry, so I made it, mine it was very moist

      Hi! As far as I know, it was first mentioned as "torta real" back in 1557. Understandibly, the ingredients could have changed somewhat since then. Thank you for dropping a comment!

      Yes, in the real/royal court they probably used honey instead of sugar.
