Weird Fact: Jim McMahon, who was Favre’s backup in this game, won 2 Super Bowls, both with NFC North teams, both against the patriots, and both in the Super Dome in New Orleans.

Another fact is that when GB visited de White house in the spring of 97 , he wore a Bears jersey cos after the 86 SB the team didn't play their visit. It was until 2012 the beast made a late visit when Obama finally invited the 85 bears.

@Matty A BTW. He played as a starter most of the '93 season for the Vikings ( except when he got injuried, as always) . That season included a win against Montana-led Chiefs and starting a playoff game against the NY giants.

@3:04 if you pay attention, he was so confident it was a TD that he was already running to the sideline before the ball was even out of his hand all the way lol. Like idk how he didn’t mess up just a little bit due to how quickly he was staring to run to the sideline or end zone ti celebrate lol. I mean the very second the ball left his hand he was celebrating. It’s like he didn’t even follow through all the way, just threw it and then immediately into celebrating lol.

Also had a chance to hire Sean Payton in 2006. Andy would have won three more with Brett and he’d probably still be here as the head coach now. Instead the Packers wasted the back half of Favre’s career surrounding him with average coaches and average players. They were doing the same thing with Rodgers too until Davante Adams fell into their lap, before him the last all-pro caliber receiver to play here was Sterling Sharpe. The Packers inability to roster build and find good coaches have cost us at least five or six championships, Favre and Rodgers are both right to have vitriol towards this organization.

Yeah what a bizarre thing to say at this point. He was what? 3 years removed from being a packer. Totally different team makeup. Incredible road wins by Rodgers that required skill and toughness and some luck and some Faith from his teammates that he had developed over his time as a starter. Don't get me wrong, I love me some number four.... But why on Earth would a former quarterback for this team three years removed, get any sort of credit other than being a good sparring partner twice that season? I mean I could see if you were trying to say that maybe he was a good mentor and he deserves a little credit for that part of it but that's not even what you said. Very strange comment

To say that he stepped in to the hardest position to play in any professional sport, and somehow the team and all the players that happened on the way through their wild Card road to winning the whole thing==somehow Brett favre should get credit for that?!?
