Thanks sir for supporting ahir jawans of rezang la , but the real fact is that britishers also dont create is of rebellious nature of ahir , in 1857 rao tularam ahir of haryana revoult against britishers , so they dont create their regiment but when needed in world war 1 and 2 they recruit ahir by creating companies , or kumaoun regiment is actually 19 hyderabad regiment in which all ahirs , but when 19 hyderabd regiment revoult against bristhers in singapore or in assam then they renamed 19 hyderabd regiment in kumoun regiment and perecent of ahirs are dropped and kumouins are recruit more

I am a jat from Haryana. My grandfather fought in WWII in 1941 in Egypt and was in Rajputna Rifles. My father was in Kargil 1999 and was in AMC ( Army Medical Corps) treating frontline soilders from various caste. My brother is an officer in army. In army we don't talk caste. It's only pronounced in the battlefield for eg:- Gorkha - Jai mahakali, aayo gorkhali , Jat - jat Balwan Jai Bhagwan, Sikh - bole so Nihal sat shri akal etc. And I believe it is necessary to boost the moral of the company ( group of around 80-150 soilders) as it is disastrous to hear the sound of LMG, MMG and keep moving forward. For reference ( the pataka in bullet we use is 10 % of an LMG. Just assumed). In army they have SDS (Sarva Dharma Sthal) in a big single room you will find mazar, takht , various hindu gods etc. next to each other. So I believe Indian army is an institution that is very different from normal life that's why they say LIVE A LIFE LESS ORDINARY. JAI HIND 🇮🇳

maratha empire was the biggest empire in india at that time with 75% indai and 25% pakistan under control . after 3 wars with marathas british won and sikh empire and ghurkhas helped britishers when they fought 3rd battle of anglo maratha wars . britishers wanted loyal soldiers and dogra and sikhs helped britishers in 1857 hence they called marathas , bengalios and other people as non martial . example is brahman regiment was formed around 1779 in awadh. it used to mutiny a lot. and it alsoprotested and didnt participate in ww2 and hence brritish disbanded in 1942. in bengal regiment 70%-80%(3rd brahmans) were bhumihar brahmins and hence after 1857 war of independence hence they banned bhumihar brahmins to join bengal regiment so they dont start another independence war.

✨In world war I, more than 20 thousand and in World war II, more than 40 thousand soldiers fought the war from my small region!
🌟In Rewari District, you will find a region called KOSLI- at least one person from almost all families is in the armed forces here.
✨There is a village in KOSli called LUKHI village it has 64 INA soldiers who fought alongside Netaji Subash Chandra Bose-
"THE highest from any village in India".
✨The Ahirs with Kosaliya Gotra are "Pandav Vanshi Ahir" and you will old stones and other things here!
🌟Yaduvanshi's are here called as "RAO SAHAB" aka Raja Sahab in Ahirwal and Haryana because of strong martial culture and tradition.

I completely agree with the decision to not disband already existing regiments. They have long history. For outsiders its regiment but for a soldier his regiment is everything to him. He does everything under the naam, nishan of his regiment. Infantry regiments have to be physically & psychological toughened. They need support of their brothers at every time. When they are bonded with each other strongly. They can fight anything.
