I think Strawberry 🍓Shortcake 🍰 🎂& friends cost more bc they're scented & bring the extra accessory. They're such gorgeous vibrant, colorful dolls, definitely want them♡♡♡☆🫶🏼😻🥰🪅
My fav from my childhood are Lady lovely locks, Moondreamers and Rainbow Brite. Although I am more after the vintage ones, this new version of Rainbow Brite is really nice and adorable. The quality seems decent too which is important.
Her pet owl is Elderberry Owl. I purchased two of these Plum Puddings off of Amazon and lucked out on the different surprises, one is an extra fabric hat for her to wear. I'm keeping the second doll in the box. Plum was originally a boy and I loved that character deeply as a child. During a reboot a few years ago they made her doll into a boy again which I purchased, along with some original Plum artwork. I love her as a girl also and I'm very satisfied with this doll and her dress and adorable polka dot hat. :) Blueberry always had a giant bucket hat while the others had cloth hats (except Huckleberry Pie, he has a hard hat also) and I never thought about it much before because I loved her so much too and the spirit of these dolls, but yeah it is larger than life. :)
The lunch boxes are not always guaranteed with the strawberry girls. Only the brush and each girls pet always comes with them. The last 2 are random. I know this after several orders lol and all of plums had her owl and the brush. Plum has 2 more accessories you’re missing. She has a purple hat that looks closer to the one she’s wearing on the side of the box artwork and a purple fruit shaped purse. Tickled pink can come with a comb, legwarmers / shoes, butterfly purse, headband, skirt and a variation of the lunch box (red and yellow - haven’t seen her with the blue lunchbox yet) but my presumption she will since rainbow came with all 3 as an option. Stormy can come with a comb, cloud purse, headband, jacket, blue boots and a variation of the lunchbox (red or blue, again possibly yellow haven’t seen her with it yet). So all Strawberry Girls have 6 different accessories total to find and the Rainbow girls also have 6 different accessories with the exception of the lunchbox possibly coming in 3 variation colors - red, blue and yellow.

I'm glad they tightened up the joints. I'd like to see them to make TN Honey or the boy version of Plum since I don't think he got an old doll. That would be a nice bonus, like how Integrity made Jem dolls for characters in the show that were never released in the 80s line.
I got the rainbow skirt in my rainbow brite doll a month or so ago (just when they announced that more characters were coming out), and I’d love to get a pair of sandals to go with it her normal boots just don’t work well with it in my opinion. I hope that I can find some in one of the new characters or find a way to buy them.

I'm totally in love with all these dolls. I agree with you that but other girls like monster high in them should not charge extra for the articulation and that they should provide all the articulation like these beautiful dolls you have shown us today. I am excited over the rainbow Brite and strawberry shortcake dolls because it brings back happy childhood memories of watching the shows. I'm totally grateful and thankful that you have shared all these with us.😊
i love love love the new plum pudding. i was actually really surprised about her scent because my strawberry shortcake's was so faint i could barely smell it.
i have both strawberry and plum! i think all the dolls come with the same sticker sheet and my strawberry actually came with custard, so maybe the pets are also random? i also got different accessories so i think the only one thats guaranteed is the comb.

Omggggggg these dolls are sooooo cute but the scent is putting me off. I hate any kind of strong scents and fake fruit smells are one of those. Thanks Brooke for letting us know about the strength of the scent.

why in canada are these dolls literally 35-40 dollars. and US pays less than 20? the numbers dont add up. my strawberry was like 40 bucks
