The nearest I came to this was waiting outside a cinema with my daughter killing time 'till the film started and there was a low fence. She bet me I couldn't revolve around it very much like your forward roll movement, so I tried it...holding onto the fence via the inside of my elbows..and did it, to my own surprise..and yes, the main thing was a point where I was fully upside down to mentally continue forward rather than just panic and pull back. Quite enjoyable actually...
Nice trick! Parkour really! Did you have to release and regrip the bar though? Like a bar pullover, going over the front of the bar backwards, I think it has to be released and regripped. The good thing about rings if the grip and tension can be maintained. Going forward over a bar and regripping sounds harder, not sure I've tried that
@@HybridGym Just to be clear, it was basically 2 low wooden poles connected by a wooden bar, so a bit like a football goal...but even better, I have it on video! I will post it for you to show my gymnastic talent!😂
Excellent. You know, it's great when these moments happen, to demonstrate the work we put in in everyday situations/objects. If I see walls or stairs, I often jump them, or hop, or spontaneously do a cartwheel. Keeps us childlike perhaps 👍
They just get thrown over at this height. I once took a stool and set them higher with two more sets of rings and did brachiation! But I didn't enjoy how long the set up/take down took
Great work on display. What a lovely gym for your enjoyment.
Thank you. Yes really enjoy this style of training!
Awesome angles, awesome instruction. My obstacle with these involves vertigo still. Working on getting that resolved. Great video, saved for later.
Ah forgot about your vertigo issue. Maybe going slow you could try it, might be ok?
Thanks HG! I will try these when I get a chance to hang my rings on a sturdier setup. I do not trust my door pull up bar 😂😅
Great! I think you'll enjoy them and get them straight away, just keep pulling as you roll over like its one long chin up
cool shots and narrating.
Thanks rev 👍 from Spain?
@@HybridGym yes sir!! does training, but i will make a video after the trip with clips from training...there was a really nice incline bench..
Sounds great, enjoy the good weather before returning home! Are you near Barcelona? That's where I went

@@HybridGym Just posted! Don't be too impressed!
It's a great start and not something someone not into 'that kind of thing ' would dream of trying!
Rings of power. new angles..cool.
Angles of power 💪💪

Sounds fantastic! Cool here, just about ok in t shirt and hoodie. No pool or sun 🙃
@@HybridGym but you will get rain :D
You use a ladder to set that up or just toss it over the branch?
