    Absolutely love bands. Got five of them including one beast that goes up to 230lbs resistance. Don't know why they have a bad rep, I have been making serious gains on bands only.

      @@jonathanedwards3535 Well, don't want to look like I am promoting anything but I got mine from Ali express. Just pick a seller with nearly 100% rating and lots of sales and you should be ok.

      Andy AFCA it depends what your goal is. 3-4x8-12

      @@Juliuscaesar322 I do 4 sets of 10 to 15 reps . For the compounds I mostly stick to 10.

    Phil! How can I continue to work my quads while recovery from an IT band injury? Cannot really think of anything concrete since I cannot bend knee below 90. Thanks for all you do man!

      Sam Vargas id be cautious but I would test it out on simply doing some heavyset banded terminal knee extensions and wall sits to start

      SSJ4 NoName all good.. honestly it’s no secrete I’ve reduced my caloric intake and limited my carbohydrates mainly eating red meat.
