Probably the reason why Skate/The image of him got stabbed wwith knives is because its a reference with the Phandub where the guy dubbed skate sounds like he just got stabbed after he introduce himself ( as skate ) Edit : nvm its not Edit 2 : since sumone said Xtriel added skate getting stabbed references in SFOTH and Darkage Cliffs ( she made/helped makin' the map ), those 2 maps have conquer mode and the conquer is at the center of the map ( obviously ) and both map's central area have ledges for skate mains to play with. so yeah probably she added that as a reference because skate already quite annoying to handle with because of how fast he can go, the ledges will just make most skate mains just plays the game on-board and always doing the Tricks while still on the point 'til the end of the conquer match ( this most likely only happens in SFOTH, though Darkage Cliff's Conquer point is still quite near the cliff, specifically the V0.5.0 one, the new one's a bit farther ).
3:41 You can also see that there are places it goes to, those being bogio skatepark, chaos canyon, spireline airport, crossroads, and TD station, which likely stands for train demolition.

Biograft main here, i am EXTREMELY happy to see that the devs hate skate, lol (which is a bit ironic since im also a slingshot main) I know i main 2 characters that are considered a mosquito, but skateboard mains have to be the biggest mosquito (you have to be a *EXTREMELY* annoying to be considered annoying by two phighters that are already considered annoying)
