It reminds me of raising my own son. My son is now 34 and he is also wise beyond his years. So Lewis is a person that makes the internet a bit better place. About the doctors handwriting thing, My mom is a nurse and whenever I needed her to fill something out for school, like permission slips and whatnot, I would sometimes have to explain to the teacher what she wrote

The Florida shooting story is real. He woke up in the middle of the night to severe head pain he had blood on his pillow and when he went to check the bathroom he found blood leaking out of his ear. Regarding the one with the plates Colour might not work, but plate size can be used to trick you. The same amout of food will look like more on a small, and like less on a big plate. So if you want to eat less, put the smaller potion on a small plate, so your brain thinks, you ate a full plate. We used the inverse with my grandmother, who towards the end really struggled with eating. We'd put her portions on a huge plate, so she'd hopefully eat at least a bit more and it worked out decently well.

The Florida shooting story is real. He woke up in the middle of the night to severe head pain he had blood on his pillow and when he went to check the bathroom he found blood leaking out of his ear. His wife tried to make him go back to bed, but he thought he was having a brain hemorrhage and forced her to take him to the doctor. She apparently drove super slow, trying to have him bleed out without alerting him but they ended up making it to the hospital. It was a really crazy story!

Colour might not work, but plate size can be used to trick you.
The same amout of food will look like more on a small, and like less on a big plate.
So if you want to eat less, put the smaller potion on a small plate, so your brain thinks, you ate a full plate.
We used the inverse with my grandmother, who towards the end really struggled with eating. We'd put her portions on a huge plate, so she'd hopefully eat at least a bit more and it worked out decently well.
