I played the Anniversary Edition and I found the plant boss much harder than Vaati himself. The ice boss is also extremely unfair to people playing single player, making it near impossible to fight it.
Ah, man. I miss this game. My daughter had a pink DS I used to "steal" regularly to play this game, in particular. Only ever played one player. The back buttons ended up being chewed off by a friends dog, making it impossible to play. Love to have the anniversary addition again.
Definitely since this was one of the fun things I had with friends when the anniversary edition came out for DSI/3DS though I’m sad how it’s no longer around as the four swords games were a blast for multiplayer though problems that require setup is really making the selling potential a 2D multiplayer Zelda can create hard to achieve.
i remember the slug ice guy being so hard to fight when i was smaller, no matter what i did i couldn’t deal damage to him because i didn’t know i had to charge him with the sword. it took me some tries to figure it out but man it was cool
Oh i remeber when i played this on my dsi xl, holy i remember everything in this video so vividly i used to spend hours playing this game. This is really the only game i feel alot of nostalgia when i watch

back in my day this loz game was the hardest because my both shoulder buttons are broken so i have to soft-reset to get another easy dungeon (single player only)

I beat the game and got the sword beam, beat the memory stages and failed the challenge stages. I couldn't get past the second challenge stage due to its difficulty and I never got that spinning ability. I eventually had enough of the game and so I uninstalled it.
You have done the worst thing I have known to a game. It is limited edition less than a 1'000,000 people have it. It was in dsi eShop for only 2 weeks in the free games category which no one peek at. I have this game and my brother as well.

Sometimes I get to play it with four players by opening four times the same emulator and controlling them all by myself, and it runs very slow, but that's no big deal. The problem is that the game randomly says that the connection is lost and it quits!
me and my sister played this everyday on the dsi damn. eventually she got bored of it and i got far into the game and got stuck so we ended up giving up then our chargers broke 😢 atill have my dsi but no charger lol
This game and Four Swords Adventure seemed awesome, but I just hated that fact that you need at least one friend just to play (not alot of my friends had gbas or this game) and that the DS version is no longer available... At least we got Triforce Heroes.

@@timothyroehm4307 lets see here...our lineup is the bouncing slug thingy, a plant that you pull the handles for to defeat, a fireball thingy, and then Vaati, who appears in two really easy to beat forms....for minish cap, you have to fight a regular sized chuchu while tiny, then the fearsome fire breathing gleerock, then you have the mysterious and powerful Mazaal that cannot be destroyed by any external force, followed by a regular sized rock shooting octoroc that you fight while tiny, then the two flying monster things high up in the sky in the great palace of winds, and only THEN do you get to see Vaati, who comes in three forms. And thats only counting the main bosses, there are some mini bosses as well .....yeah, minish cap bosses are better
