- 'British Grandma On Death Row with Susanna Reid' Susanna Reid travels to Texas to tell the story of the only British woman on death row anywhere in the western world, Linda Carty, who has spend almost 20 years on death row after being convicted of the murder of young mum Joanna Rodriguez so she could steal Joanna's newborn son, Ray. Joanna was kidnapped, suffocated to death and found in the boot of Linda's car. Linda claims she is innocent.

This sociopath is a lying, selfish, manipulative monster. That sentence should have been carried out years ago. She doesn't have a shred of remorse for what she did. She planned and orchestrated that kidnapping and murder just so she could convince a man to stay with her because of a child. She told people ahead of time that she was having a baby....bought baby items in advance. Lied to those three guys telling them they were going to a drug house to rob it when she knew the couple there were not dealers. She knew Joana was pregnant and scheduled that burglary to coincide with the recent birth. Now she has the British government trying to overturn her sentence and basically get her released on a technicality. It's disgusting that in all of this---Joana, her child, her husband--that family are just all but forgotten. I have no sympathy for this witch. None!! She is not innocent and needs to put out of everyone's misery.🤬
Don’t guilt trip us, she is just a guilty as them all.
Some details they left out, her long term partner left her and she told him she had his baby so he came back. He was then shocked at what he found out. She was telling all of her neighbours that she was having a baby. She was found phoning the 2 guys she hired multiple times when before, after and during the crime. Her house was filled with brand new baby clothes and toys. The perpertators testified she hired them. Money was withdrawn from her bank account shortly before the crime likely so she could pay them. Hmm.
Why she is still breathing is beyond me
Whenever you are locked you can convince yourself of innocence. Everyone is innocent in prison if you hear it from them.

She is so guilty. She shouldn’t be free. Certainly not after 15 years. I can’t even believe you would say that. She’s guilty. Everything leading up to that day and everything that happened that day is all because of this woman. She is right where she belongs.
.....what if she is innocent.....there are cases where innocents have been put to death 😢

True, innocent people have gotten the death penalty, but she's not one of them.

What sux is IF there's any ounce of her being innocent, no1 believes her. I dont think shes innocent at all. Poor young woman just having a baby n her body hasn't even heeled yet. I cannot imagine how terrified she must have felt 4 her n her vaby 😮💨😮💨🤬🤬🤬
