mistakes which I was doing but I will strive hard to improve : 1) Never finding happiness in the things which I have . I was always unsatisfied with my parents and sibling . But now released that I was looking only their negative side and making myself unhappy and alone . They have positive ends too . 2) Self criticism : I always criticise me owing to my introvert behaviour . Second reason for criticism is studies . By seeing people who cover the same amount, which I did in 6 hours , in 2 hours . I considered myself as low learner . But again I was looking at my negative points . I forgot my achievements which include being 10th topper with 97 percentage . I wanted to be better from my present level of learning skills but ended up messing everything. I wasted almost 2 months in this self criticism. 3) Never given importance to my health . I was like just you just require I yr . devote it studies and then rest of the life you will enjoy .

Hey Harshita. Same thing happens with me also when i feel emotionally broken and stuck in the loop of overthinking, I just sleep and regret it later. But there is one thing that has worked for me, it might work for you as well. Just stop your mind for a sec and say ye jo kuch bhi ho rha hai mere sath vo mere ache k liye hi hai, vo bhagwaan mere sath kuch bhi galat nhi kr skta. And do what's need to be done. Just take action. first few minutes are very difficult until I see the result, Once i see my little progress it actually makes me believe in myself and gives me motivation to complete the work and now stress magically goes away. Let's take the example of exam. I am trying to solve this question and i am not able to do so, as same thoughts and stress is hitting my mind during that, After putting all my efforts, I watch its solution and understand it. Now stress disappears as mere dimag ne ab question k baare m sochna shuru kr diya hai.....At the end if I am not able to complete work 100% I still end up in a better position than just sleeping which results lifting my mood up. Hope this helps :-)
