The Supreme Court didn’t change the law for presidents- it’s the same as it always was

Presidential immunity is a thing; and if you can't force them to take your test then that means they make their own decisions and remain independent. The better question is why can they use an identity associated in the press to persons who don't look the same over press appearances over time.
