Love whenever you vlog! I love your recipes, running vlogs, and vacation adventures the most. And I am so loving you embracing your natural hair texture! The waves are so gorgeous and as a naturally straight hair girl i am so jelly 😂 but it looks so good on you and it's nice to see more influencers embracing their natural hair texture as well as hair color, it's fun to see you all embracing natural beauty that is simply you and encourages the rest of us to embrace ours and not feel so insecure about what makes us uniquely us. Especially when social media seems to be bombarded with so much cosmetic surgery, filters and extreme beauty routines that most of us cannot afford and intimates us and makes us not feel as adequate.
Also wanted to add, have you ever tried maple sugar? Its just maple syrup boiled all the way down into powder for, like sugar. I like it better than maple syrup because I don't have to refrigerate it and it lasts a long time like regular sugar, but is healthier because its maple. I love to add it to coffee, matcha, and make a simple syrup by boiling it on the stovetop with water abd sometimes ground cinnamon. I will also add the simple syrup to my pancakes!

Same.... I'm a dog mom and if my dogs get sick I am up and fully awake if they breathe wrong. In my defense, we lost a dog in the night and I thought it gave me ptsd. I woke up to her struggling to breathe and by the time we got to emergency vet.. she had passed. But maybe it is just woman reflexes.
