The aesthetic associated with these visuals is called "Outrun", the music style would be synthwave, synthpop, retrowave, etc. Newer forms of media are portraying it more. Outrun's close cousin would be the Cyberpunk aesthetic, which is very popular now. Both come from the same broad aesthetic of a neo-future 80's style. I hope this answered some of what you asked.
