I started receiving a lot of calls on the voltage regulator set-up for pre alternator vehicles, so I made a set-up and test rig so I could better understand the issues people were experiencing. Here is a short clip showing this test rig in use. It allows me to test the generator output and the regulator control also a good explanation of the charge warning lamp operation.
