Additionally, a bit frustrating, since he keeps forgetting about /home and /back, even when he used that exactly for the dropping off stuff in previous episodes. Same with the flying back to the village after fetching the brewing stand. Sure, didn't take ten seconds, but /back would simply be instantaneous. Oh well, nuff backseat playing for now. 🙃
And the fact that he acyualy made and upgraded his backpack, that seem's a lot of emtey when he says around 23:45 mark that he needs to be conservative with his space in inventory And like Peter S said, he have /home /back, and i belive dire said he would use it this series a lot more since it was there as an option from start, and he is going full OP EDIT:: AT 27:00 he decides that he had a backpack he could use :D
I hope he plays with Mahou Tsukai in depth for once. For anyone else playing this modpack, a great thing to do is to have a 2nd backpack with magnet or autopickup that is set to just pickup mob drops. Saves TONS of inventory space.
I fill a immersive engineer crate with gold or diamond backpacks and i also run 2 netherright backpacks one for my tools and food and then the second one holds my loot and crate for the backpacks
I recently needed stone diamond ore for my mining colony and went into the mining dimension and found the diamonds were plentiful near the bottom of the stone layers and also in the top section of the deepslate ... so the ores definitely dont follow vanilla rules in the mining dimension
Hey Dire (mostly others playing this pack.) If you want op gear, you can make apotheosis gear out of anything with the reforger and "salvager" (it breaks appo gear down into magic goo, you need all those gems dires leaving around to crush by dropping an anvil on them) then you use the reforger kinda like an enchanting table. You can make some insane gear. If you use ars you can make your gear indestructible because your mana repairs it. Very op gear. I can go toe to toe with the chimera(ars summond boss) with the gear I made. The sword and bow you can also imbue with spells making them stronger. I know he did a magic play through last time. But in the idea of an OP start etc. He's missing a few things. Lol. You can also appo sgear stuffs. Crazy op.
@caseyburchfield7025 actually nobody. Figured it out on my own. The reforming table only requires one netherite ingot. And the other one was pretty cheap. Then just messed around until I figured it out. Lol

The backpack also had a lot of upgrades. try look at them. like the battery upgrade for starters. i myself use 3 different backpacks for stuff. like the mine backpack had the crafting and smelting and compressing upgrades, while i also have a backpack for tools with a switch upgrade. then backpack 3 i use to store all gadgets and buckets and other junk i need on the way and put also the other backpacks in backpack 3. I like ur series, go on like this. Big like from me every time i watched it and liked it. till now that are all the minecraft videos. btw, there is an curio slot for the wireless grid. so that will free a space in ur invertory. plus u have a keybind for it, so u dont need it in ur bar or inventory. so just put it in the curio slot for it.
What’s even better than an ender man spawned is crafting an enderman gateway pearl from Gateways to Eternity 5 ender pearls and you get your own personal enderman thunderdome and when you win you get dozens of enderman loot rolls
1. You can use cardboard boxes on spawners. 2. Make the singularity tank, put some xp in there, then right-click it with a bottle for your bottle o' enchanting
Came here to say the same thing. Stand on the drain for a second or 2. Then right click with a bottle. I accidentally figured that out when trying to see how much exp was in the drain with a bottle in my hand.
Ways to pick up spawners, silk touch or cardboard boxes. Things you can do to spawners: Hover over them in JEI and press U to see all the things you can right click on them. Ones that stand out are comparator for redstone on/off, soul lantern to make them not care about light level, chorus fruit to remove their brains.
I really recommend everyone craft a *_twilight cloak_* from Reliquary after setting a mob farm, it makes you invulnerable in the darkness. Even when fighting mobs or bosses!
Maybe invest in a decent silent gear bow and arrow. Maybe check the silent gear loom, alloy furnace and gem table. And a bottle used on a singularity tank will suffice
There's a throttle on the jetpack that actually comes in handy when you are just around your base. Remember I kept it at like 30% most of the time and it was perfect.
By "always" I suppose you mean sometimes, because this dungeon clearly only has 3 floors, and I've seen smaller dungeons like this since the introduction of RogueLike Dungeons a million years ago.
If there is someone familiar with Ars Nouveau - is there a way to get entities out of containment jars? Is there a config for a "deny list" for what can be contained? So far I have an unwanted contained torch, a contained egg, a contained working Drygmy and a contained containment jar. Any help (apart from "move your containment ritual") would be appreciated
Is there a way to put items into the Refined storage so that they go into the drawers? Or do you have to manually empty your inventory into the controller every time?
You should get the advanced wireless transmitter, it has a 1000 block range +500 for every upgrade iirc. It does take a netherite to craft but well worth it before infinite range
you should make some allthemodium armor and explore the Other. Tons of enderman and blazes everywhere. If you can find yourself an orange-tier mythic blaze, they are really easy to kill and drop loot better than allthemodium stuff. If you find a piglin village, they have loot chests with stacks of emeralds and diamonds, as well at orange-tier gear that again is better than allthemodium gear. You can probably find yourself a sword with high looting on it.
Yesterday i found out you can reforge the allthemodium stuff with apotheosis i turned my helmet into a mythic tier armor piece and also had 2 empty slots for gems i just need to farm a bit more XP and Mythic loot for the godforger essence to make the rest mythic
Wow Dire. All that to try to get some bottles of enchanting…. Next time make an XP Drain from Mov Grinding Utilities and then click some glass bottles on it. Maybe go all out and grab a Jumbo Tank since Apotheosis is in the pack, but at least a 32 bucket tank also works. 😮 🧐🫣 Not sure what’s been going on lately but I’d assume IRL or similar. Applying soulbound to the backpack preserves everything in the backpack upon death. Hint: use Corail's disenchantment book which is easy enough to make early game.
I've only ever seen angel ring in terms of flying mods, but holy shit are the jetpacks fast. You could certainly overcome your render distance if you weren't careful, lmfao.

Dire is known for being not very good at revisiting stuff he previously thought of. And I freely admit that Dire is actually VERY good at what he does, the way how he does it. Coming up with stuff on camera on the fly is breathtakingly hard and needs years of experience. Kudos for that, no doubt! - But I would much more prefer if he would much more often pause the recording, think stuff through without the pressure of both time and providing entertaining content, and come back with a good and well researched solution. Just my 2¢.

You should really take the prefixed items and gems you socket into them - you can make super duper pooper OP items that way, by breaking them all down. Game breaking OP. I only recently figured this out and jeez
If youre lucky like I was, you might find a loot chest with endermen spawn eggs. I have ender pearls for days, cause i mob captured one, and set up a mob spawner with it!
I love the jetpacks but they are TOO fast, like you cant even render the world fast enough. Thankfully you can edit the JSON files to lower the speeds and stats

I love how he’s try to save inventory space but he’s taking the music discs. That don’t stack and pretty much never get used.
There are some recipes that require a music disk though. So some are useful. Not all though :D

There's also a dedicated slot for your wireless crafting grid.
Slime lining on S-gear boots neglects fall damage.
You can hold the torch in your off hand and it will still light the area.
Not sure if anyone has mentioned this but you can add food torches and potions to your dank and use them directly from that

The backpacks have a battery upgrade that takes away some slots to allow the storage of power. It can be charged by a mekanism charge pad

This rogue dungeons always have 5 layers: 1-3 "common", 4 "wines" and 5 "nether" floors, but sometimes they too damaged to explore properly.

That enderman spawner is extremely valuable and you should turn it into a farm as soon as you can because it can delay your need to go to the end.

The knocked out of orbit spell can be very strong as it can both disable enemies and cause massive fall damage
To get a bottle of experience you can use a glass bottle on liquid XP (for example with XP drain)

Dire you should take the gems in the loot chest, they're extremely valuable for reforging (getting apotheosis prefixes on your items).

Personally wouldn't skip out on the Apotheosis gems if you really want to become super OP. At least get the good ones you find
Gems in chests would be important if mobs did NOT drop them. As mobs DO drop them, any old mob farm will have you swimming in gems in no time.
