My hubby has been sick for 2 weeks now and I’ve done everything I can to stay healthy, but woke up this morning feeling less than well. So sorry you are getting a cold again. Try Airborne it has alot of zinc in it and works great. You can take more than one a day it's like vitamin C you can't over use it. It always gives me a boost and helps get over the crud fast. I notice a big difference in a day. You have a great Holiday with your family. I know great things are in store for you in 2020.....
