Hello Tiziana Thank you for your comment. Generally if its more than 1 person being retrenched, then you may have to approach the Labour Court. I was told I have a strong case for unfair dismissal due to retrenchment
I was told that retrenchment disputes are a labor court dispute not an arbitration dispute is that true?
