- Hiiii TH-cam fam! I was in Chicago and I toured a couple HIGH RISE luxury downtown apartments and fell in love!! These places are definitely out of my budget, but I wanted to see what downtown had to offer me! I toured two different apartment high rises, four different units... and I loved them! Out of the four, I would probably move into three of them. I love floor to ceiling windows, large closets, white/sleek fixtures, and great apartment amenities.

Yes! When you said "this is the life i was meant to live". I just told my mama this. Im currently searching and will go to physically view then choose in 1month! No matter how expensive its manifesting and will be paid for!👑👑
Me too!!! I am also in Chicago & I have claimed by apartment!! And a lot of buildings have 2 or 3 free months rent right now!
I just can't wait to go apartment shopping. Honestly it's a mix between apartment 1 & 3. If I was moving in with my mans or a roomate I would take number 1 for sure. That bathroom sold me. Just because the bathroom is the second room I spend the most time in. But then I also LOVE to cook so that kitchen in apartment #3 is very nice! So it depends on what you will do in the next years living in this apartment. Will you often have a lot of people over? Will you spend most of your time home (pandemic)? Will you be cooking more than eating out? Do you like opening the windows in the morning for fresh breeze or you like to turn on the AC with closed curtains? It all depends on your lifestyle.

I think 1 would be my favorite with the natural lighting. And number 2 for the closet.

I love these apartments that you are showing❤. I want to move to Chicago after I graduate from college. I walk this December but I won't get my degree until next year spring because I'll only have 1 class to take. I figure that the places you're looking at are way over $2,000. But I've seen some apartments online that were $1,500 for a 1 bedroom and they were ABSOLUTELY beautiful! I'm from GA and I've never lived in a big city, but I want to experience it. I've also seen some nice apartments in like Arlington Heights, Evanston, Uptown.....some of the suburbs. I've never been to Illinois but I keep seeing synchronicites like 11:11 and 1:11, 222 when I come across Chicago.
XMagic CityX hey girl, thanks for watching!! Yeah, if you want to get a nice 1BD for less than 2,000... I would look in the suburbs. Especially out there near Arlington heights. Buuuut if you want roommates, you can definitely find an apartment for less then $2000 per person

girl if you want to experience CHICAGO!! dont move to the burbs. you can be close in places like edgewater, rogers park, uptown and near those areas but covid has helped with adjusting rent prices to be a buyers market

I like the lighting, closets and the bathroom in the apartment. I loved the living room and the kitchen in the second apartment. I loved the kitchen and living room in the third one. You looked at some really good apartments. Those windows were so big, can't wait to see which one you pick TFS
