    Follow along with this beginner friendly art therapy activity to relieve your overthinking and get you into a calm "flow state". This 3 Step process will help your overthinking mind to switch off and shift into "creative problem solver" mode. From there, you will use your hands and intuition to tap into the peace and calmness within yourself.
    Supplies:
    --Gouache paint by Masters Touch; Purple, Ultramarine Blue, Light blue, Green, Burnt Umber, Burnt Sienna
    --Acrylic paint ; White
    --Large Flat (square) paint brush, Large Filbert (rounded) paint brush
    --Magazine, scissors, glue stick
    --BLOWDRYER
