I met Ewan McGregor at celebration! He was genuinely so kind. When we saw him he said “Hey guys! How are you?!” And then he gave me a hug! So cool and such a memorable moment
Super cool. People forget celebrities are people too. But to be in a position to positively touch peoples lives and to be genuinely caring and human, just makes the experience sooo much more real. Good positive energy to everyone out there.
I got to meet The Chosen One himself Hayden Christensen last year at Florida Supercon. He was super nice, very down to earth and humble. Fun story: He signed my sketchbook drawing of Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader with the split of his personas. He signed the Vader half and I told him I was saving the other half for Matt Lanter and he smiled. He spoke highly of the Clone Wars and it cast members, and how excited he was to see his longtime friend Rosario Dawson's portrayal of Ahsoka, and I also blurted out that I had a crush on him since I was 9 and he laughed lol. I also tried I get him to tell me anything he could about Obi-Wan Kenobi at the time and he was super tight lipped lol. I hope to see him again soon. So yeah that's my favorite SW celeb encounter by far. MTFBWY.
The only Star Wars actor I have an autograph from is Billy Dee Williams and here’s my story. When I saw him at a Comic-Con, I was so excited to meet him that I didn’t notice the line of people. When I did, I felt terrible and I apologized to him and all the people in the line. He said in his very chill voice “It’s all cool man, it’s all cool.” So I went and bought a Power of the Force 2 Lando figure and I waited in line. When it came to my time, I had him sign the figure and I had someone take a picture. Unfortunately I didn’t have a smartphone so the picture was blurry. Billy Dee Williams is a very nice and cool guy. I bought a Star Wars figure with a plastic clam shell so I can put the Lando figure in there and it’s now on the wall in my room.

I had the privilege of meeting Carrie Fisher, Peter Mayhew, Warwick Davis and Billy Dee Williams at various Star Wars Weekends when they used to have them at Hollywood Studios. Carrie, God rest her soul was just sort of there. Nice enough but not very chatty even during the Q&A. Billy Dee was the best even being an older gentleman and not being able to move around very well still posed for pictures and was just super charming and pleasant.

@@FindingTheForce It’s weird when he appeared at Star Wars Weekends he did not do an organized signing like the rest of the cast (I can’t even imagine how long that line would be). But after he did the parade and a little speech in front of the Chinese Theatre before heading off to his panel he signed and took pictures for a few fans gathered around the stage. So he obviously didn’t mind I just think Disney didn’t want to deal with a million Star Wars fans all wanting Mark Hamill’s autograph.
Ashley is the sweetest celebrity ive ever met. She always had a long line do to her stopping and having conversations with everyone. She genuinely loves what she does and loves her fans and seeing videos like this where she did after hours is on brand. For fanexpo she would stay late and sign for every single person in line!

She even remembered me and we had a pretty lengthy discussion on heruniverse fashion and ahsoka. I met Matt for the first time and yeah, dude is the nicest guy and I had to comment how their signings are so artistic and nice and he laughed and said, its because they actually care. He also asked what my favorite episode of clones wars is and we geeked out over the episode. They are legit the nicest people ive met and really show they care about all their fans and take time to actually talk with everyone
One of my favorites was the photo op my wife and I had with Matt Lanter. We brought 2 Xenopixel lightsabers and the Legacy Skywalker saber. We posed with them for the photo, but then afterward; since we were the last in line, he began to twirl it around and play with it. He said that it was awesome, and I had him sign the case it came in afterwards. Such a fun experience!!

The only person I did a photo/autograph duo with was Bonnie Piesse, she even took the time to have a genuine conversation with me. She was such an amazing person. I also met and got autographs from Hayden Christensen, Amy Allen and Dee Bradley Baker. They were all such nice people. Dee kind of botched my autograph and felt so bad, his paint pen bled, so the signature is super thick on some areas haha. Other autographs I have but purchased and didn’t meet them are Ashley Eckstein, Temuera Morrison and Matt Lanter. I love getting to meet the actors and actresses that helped make the Star Wars galaxy come to life and I haven’t had a single bad experience with any of them, they genuinely love their fans.

Those actors that are willing to actually talk for even just a couple seconds is cool. I’d rather wait in line for an actor that genuinely likes their fans than feeling like I’m in a conveyor belt just to take a photo with someone
I met Daniel Logan and Temura Morrison. They are my favorite actors ever! Temura Morrison not only signed my photo, but my backpack, hat, shirt, and my little brother's shirt 😂
Ashley Eckstein, Temeura Morrison, Spencer Wilding, Daniel Logan and Dorian Kingi(Cad bane BobF Body Actor) were my favorite Star Wars celebrity meets. Ashley was such a sweetheart she said the Skyguy line and I met her husband who played for my Home team Cardinals. Temuera Morrison was great met him at Mad Monster Party Atlanta. He signed two of 3 of my figures for free. I showed him a video of my friend who voices Clones and the Fett on TH-cam both Baker and Morrison impressions, he was so impressed he did a video call with my friend. Spencer Wilding was a awesome guy signed my Vader figure and told me what it's like to put the suit on. I met Dorian this past weekend, he was awesome. He signed my Cad Bane figure and when I mentioned a movie people didn't know he played in called Antlers, he gave me a free photo the Antlers creature. Awesome guy. Meeting Steve Blum later this month.
My dream is to meet Ewan and Hayden whether it be photos or autographs because they are such inspirations to me when it comes to acting. Fingers crossed I can do it one day 🤞. But i did get to meet and take a picture with Natasha Liu Bordizzo who played Sabine in the Ahsoka series. She was super sweet and even complimented my cosplay.
How the heck are you gonna ask someone to record for you and then ask for permission to film and when told no you can’t film not tell the person you asked to record for you to stop????
ok I work in some movies new prequels ok? I met with all and some are great(Chris Lee, Ewan,etc) but my favorite is Mark, Mark and me are funny times and he introduced me to Carrie and Harrison(strange guy). I got a rare pics in episode 2 set and other like Christopher Lee going to set! with casual shirt etc, funny moments with Ray Park and some crazy star wars items!! and a draw by 20th Century Fox...changes to 21 Century Fox etc.
We even met Anthony daniels Ian mcdiarmid and whole clone wars cast at a smaller con in Nashville and same thing we got to talk with everyone alot longer. We met Haden Christiansen at NYCC 2021 and he signed our pops with quotes character names and talked with us for like 10 min he was amazing
I've met many SW celebrities over the years. I've met Daniel several years ago,he was a super fun guy, Anthony was very charming just as you said in this video. Last year I did get to meet Hayden,he had a very long line, but was very friendly and even chatted with fans for a few moments. The line progressed quickly but not rushed.

I met Gina Carano at San Diego Comic-Con before she was in Star Wars. After Carano retired MMA and did the reboot of American gladiators, she was signing autographs and taking photos with fans at Comic-Con for free, all you had to do was wait in line at her booth. I was lucky enough to meet her, super nice and beautiful in person.
Ashley is the greatest. I've met her once at an airport and have talked to her a few times online. If she said she's gonna check out your page she will do it. She often is online and looks at all the fan stuff about Ahsoka.
In 2017 I went to SWC Orlando, and Sarah Michelle Gellar was there. She voiced an Inquisitor on 'Rebels' but I let all my 'Buffy' friends know in advance and asked if they wanted autos from her, and they all said YEAH... until they found out she was charging $150 a pop. Yeah, NO. At least that was better than the $200 that Felicity Jones wanted (LOL!) All my friends backed out, and so did I. Instead I got autos from Freddie Prinze Jr, Taylor Gray, Steve Blum, Vanessa Marshall, Tiya Sicar and Mary Elizabeth McGlynn - all of them FOR THE SAME PRICE as Sarah. Everyone was super nice and very appreciative of their fans.

Oooo… Star Wars actors that I’ve met: Ewan McGregor, Giancarlo Esposito, Rupert Friend, Ian McDiarmid, Anthony Daniels, Ashley Eckstein, Matt Lanter, JAT, Peter Mayhew, Jason Isaacs. With Anthony Daniels, don’t touch his table, don’t place anything on his table and don’t film him. You do that and he’ll be friendly. I knew that before so my experience was a good one. My most favorites are Ewan McGregor, Giancarlo Esposito, Rupert Friend, and Jason Isaacs. All of them are very engaging and you can tell that they are very thankful for their fans. I used to have Ian McDiarmid in this list but he’s changed a bit since I first met him. He used to be more friendly and more talkative. He’s super reserved and doesn’t say much. He doesn’t look too happy when he’s signing and doing photo ops. He used to be my absolute favorite. Not sure what’s going on with him. Maybe it’s his age. But v energetic in his panels. And he’s not rude or nasty in any way. Still very respectful. My ultimate favorite was Ewan McGregor! That guy omg. He emanates such warmth and positive vibes. And he’s super appreciative of his fans. ❤️ Btw, on the Ian photo op at another con, I grabbed my ass and it’s very obvious. So don’t feel bad for grabbing your junk. Ohhh.. you mentioned selfies. So Ian McDiarmid does do selfies at his table as does Giancarlo Esposito. I’m kinda surprised Ian does selfies being that he wants a divider between him and the fans during his photo ops but honestly I don’t blame Ian. He’s up there in age. Anthony Daniels does not do selfies.

I’ve heard Anthony Daniels is often not fun at these events sadly. :( I’m sure it is situation dependent, I just hear more bad stories about him. Probably because he is the most present. I hate the wall!!!! I am sad Ian does that! Distance is better, at least you can do some minor photoshop and move yourself closer. The wall ruins that!
It's cool you publicly apologize for the accident that wasn't intentional, but I think it's not cool that you went ahead and posted the video of the autograph anyway.
In 2014 I got to meet Jeremy Bulloch and Daniel Logan in Salt Lake City. Jeremy was the gentleman’s gentleman, and an absolute joy to take with. He wanted to know why it took me 34 years to meet him! Daniel actually walked up to my wife and I and started talking to us. He wanted to know where we were from and all kinds of stuff, and in the end he wanted to take a picture with us! In 2017 I worked overtime to do a photo op with Anthony Daniels, and he came off as a snob and spoke to my wife and not even to me; and I’m the Star Wars fan!
Expected line size is the reason why you don't see certain actors at conventions. A good example is Harrison Ford, he simply doesn't do autograph sessions due to the number of people who want to meet him.
I had a autograph signing my darth vader helmet and a picture with David Prowse with it. He was very pleasant to meet. And then a picture of an actor who played chewbacca before his died. He wasn't friendly. He looks tired and after taking his picture he left really quickly. And I had another picture of the person who don the Boba fett costume for the Empire strike back and return of the jedi. He was cool in person.

Dude you have no reason to feel bad regarding Anthony Daniels. I get it, they said no photos or videos while getting autographs but if you are such a diva that you get up and walk away no I don’t feel bad for you. Like this ain’t your first convention Anthony. Epic Photos is really good and accommodating, I deal with them for photos at MegaCon every year. And at MegaCon both Nathan Fillion and Brendan Frasier had a plexiglass divider and I was like “nah” but again Epic Photos said no problem. Refund.

Idk he has certain restrictions whatever. I also don’t know why celebrities charge for photos or make a big deal like he did with you

Hey, great video. I’m still waiting for the day I can go to the SDCC or a Star Wars Celebration!!! I have been to the Pittsburgh ComiCon and the Steel City Con a lot over the past 25 years. I have met quite a few Star Wars celebrities and they’ve all been a great experience getting their autographs and getting pictures taken with them. Definitely one of my favorite actors to meet was Peter Mayhew a.k.a. Chewbacca got the pleasure of meeting him several times over the years. One of the nicest men you could ever meet and talk to. Also had the pleasure of meeting David Prowse a.k.a. Darth Vader also very nice gentleman. Never had the pleasure of meeting Carrie Fisher or Kenny Baker before they passed away so very sad about that. MTFBWYA!!!! 😎

I met Amy Allen and Orli Shoshan (Aayla Secura and Shaak Ti) at a small Comic Con close to my hometown and I met Orli first and got my picture and an autograph from her. She was so sweet and then I met Amy Allen, whose booth was next to Orli's. I also got an autograph and a picture with Amy and suddenly Orli photobombed the pic 😂 It was funny and she actually posed with me and Amy. So I got my picture with both of them at the same time. It was a very wholesome and sweet moment. Highly recommend both of them, they're precious 💕
So far I've met and signatures from Ashley Eckstein, James Arnold Taylor and Matt Lanter. Mat and JAT signed a Clone Wars poster for me and I also got a selfie with JAT, hes VERY cool, I strongly recommend meeting him. Matt was pretty cool, did an great quote (for extra fee) on my poster. Ashley is Awesome, I got a pro photo with her with me cosplayed as Obi Wan and I had Ahsokas Clone Wars sabers, she held one and I the other. I also had her sign my Special Ed. Ahsoka Rebels saber box - bummed I forgot to get a pic of her signing that, I was so star struck and she was so cool.
For sure man, thank you for the compliment. They ranged somewhere between as Lois $60 and Obi-Wan Kenobi cost like $240... I think that was both for autograph and photo. 😬😬

yeah.....met Ian at the Chicago SWC and he was the same way. I tried to make some small talk with him and he was not really having it. He just wanted to sign and leave lol. I've never been to Celebration but I hope to one year! I _have_ been to a lot of Comicons and one FanExpo. I haven't been able to meet any Star Wars celebs yet but I get a few autographs and photo ops from other celebs I enjoy every time I've gone to a convention (and a few special events at Creation Entertainment's Supernatural cons). Despite not meeting any Star Wars ppl, I _did_ wear my Obi-Wan cosplay on a day I was meeting Nathan Fillion! I thought "space wizards are close enough to space cowboys!" and went with it. Granted, I had just acquired the cosplay and was really excited to wear it at the next possible opportunity and a photo op was the perfect place! And yeah, photo ops happen in like, 15 seconds, especially for the big guys! I don't know what face I'm making 90% of the time. I've only done two Table Photos, as I do prefer the photo op sessions! I have a table photo with Kevin Conroy after he signed my Arkham City action figure, he was super nice and we talked about the games and my costume-and he was doing table photos for free. I'll treasure that awesome interaction forever. The other table photo was with Billie Piper. It was late 2021 and photo ops were still done with the plexiglass barrier. I'd done plexiglass barrier pics at SpnCon earlier that year and they were still fun + often silly and playful, but it didn't _quite_ feel worth the price, so I chose a table pic at FanExpo. I'm taking a break from cons so I can save up for a Disney Park trip, but Celebration sells out so fast it'll be years before I can go anyways 😅
I had my book signed by Dave Prowse he was really nice. May he rest in Peace. And my partner had a picture and a signing with Anthony Daniels, he was nice too. It was at Star Wars celebration 2007 London. I'm going on the Monday at this years Celebration, Can't believe how much the prices have gone up for the Autographs. Hoping to get Diego lunars autograph, am looking forward to it, thanks for the tips.
I haven't had the chance to meet her in person, but back during the dark times in 2020-2021, a con in my state was doing video chats with celebrities. I met several Star Wars actors and others. I talked to Michael Biehn, who was really awesome, Taylor Gray, who voiced Ezra; John Turk, who was unmasked Sub Zero in MK3; and Ashley. Taylor was great, and I will be able to meet him in person at the end of July. John is a great guy. Michael was awesome as well. However, the best one was the video chat with Ashley. To my knowledge, I'd never met her before that video call. However, she knew who I was and asked me specifically about my Episode 8 Luke cosplay I did. I honestly was speechless. I was racking my brain trying to figure out how she knew me, but I never figured it out. She is such an awesome woman. I really hope I get to meet her in person one day. That was one of the coolest conversations I've had with a celebrity.
I met Femi Taylor - Oola once, I gave her a sketch I did of her. Very nice and chatty, had loads of time with her as this was years ago in a not very busy place in the UK. Great day!

Hey man me and my wife met ewan in San Antonio Super hero comic right after celebration in August and they told us that same thing in line but we talked with him for like 10 min and he put the quote "I will do what I must" and character name on our duel on mustafar funko pop he was amazing and afterwards he gave my wife a hug and gave me a fist bump he is amazing I would suggest going to the smaller cons they tend to be better you can talk with them alot longer
i was at the whole celebration and came up from aus. i found it extremly unfair they released the ewan mcgregor photo ops with no warning no announcement when i was asleep in aus in my time zone. so he sold out and didn't even get a chance to meet him. but the rest of the con was absolutely amazing
I got a bundle, got an autograph and picture with Christina Ricci, and two of the Charmed ones from Charmed. It was 50 each but if you got the bundle of was 80.
I'm kinda the same as you in regards to not knowing to go autographs or photo, I'm going to dublin comic con in a few weeks and Peter weller(robocop) is going to be there. So got the photo op, also dominique mcgellorot (Queen maeve from the boys) is also there so ill get her autograph and maybe see if I can get a selfie as I've never done a con before so it's all new to me 😂

I was there for Gian Carlo's autograph when it got delayed 2 hours. His handler said he got held at a press con for hours. She felt bad and gave me a free photo selfie with Gian Carlo!
Those of who worked signatures remembered you. Despite being told not to film you kept filming. Most of fans were great but we made note of those who were rude… you were one of them.
Guilty as charged. not all the footage was mine, but it was too hard to resist the urge, standing in line for hours playing on your phone. 😬🤷🏼♂️ But whatever, I paid a crap load of money for my autographs and photos.
Rude? Without these people going to cons you wouldn’t be working it. Check your privilege. People pay their hard earn money at hard jobs for someone to sign a piece of picture or take a photo and they make more than most people in a year.
I met Ashley Eckstein for a photo op with my fiancé and 9 month old baby and she stopped the shoot to get her phone out her bag to take a video selfie with us for her own instagram. We met her the next day for a signature and she recognised us and chatter for ages. Hands down the best celebrity I have ever met!
Sorry about that good buddy about the choppy comment I met Jean Carlo Esposito while in New York while he was working on another project godfather of Harlem and about 10 to 11 years before that I got to meet James Earl Jones near times square and it was amazing stole a few precious moments of his time and he was very generous and very great great to meet so those are the few people from Star wars I have had the honor to meet but great video God bless you and the family May the force be with you always

For Autographs and Photos, Jedi VIP Package is the way to go. I had it, saved me a ton of time, and even helped others without the VIP save time and skip the long lines. Great video.
In a way you have to thank your mistake because you got what you wanted, to not be able to take a pic or record yourself meeting the actor while getting their signature or autograph is ridiculous maybe Anthony didn't mind but the wife did or maybe because there is no fee to be had reasonsing as to why she didn't permit it and the miscommunication between the wife and the security personnel is also ridiculous but it all worked out fine, Anthony wasn't angry maybe a little disappointed, I don't think he was offended and he may don't even care that happen and won't even remember that when he's got other things to do and other people to meet and greet that day, if they come to sue you for that video later on you know what to do, You don't need to apologize for that but glad you decided to buy Anthony book to support him.
@ Finding The Force: 👍Great video dude. I never been to a Star Wars convention yet but would be awesome if the time comes. I been however attend other conversations where I met celebrities of all kinds. And many are so nice and took time to talk with me about previous works they've done. I so nervous meeting Amy Jo Johnson in person in 2019 in Minneapolis that after talking with her I had a bad headache come on,lol. Bad enough that there was two hours before my next Photo Op with Cobra Kai cast William Zabka and Martin Kove, and told my friends I can't wait that long so we left. I've done alot of Video Chats aswell which were great. One of them being with actress Olivia D' Abo, which I think I only paid for 2 minute chat but the two of us got to chatting so much I guess , dunno if she lost track of time or something but the chat lasted 8 minutes. So I know I got more than I paid. She was that nice and polite and easy to talk with. She's funny too imitating Arnold,lol. Actress Cerina Vincent was really nice too and easy talk to. I can't wait to be going to Flashback Weekend in Chicago next month to meet horror celebrities.

I met Ashley Eckstein, Giancarlo Esposito, Daniel Logan and Catherine Taber and got them to sign my Black Series figures of Ahsoka, Moff Gideon, Boba Fett and Padme. They were so awesome especially Ashley, I met her husband too because he used to play for my hometown baseball team. We took a photo together.
And you should check out some of the pictures he takes at the smaller conventions. He looked like he was way more fun and goofy. I think I caught him after a very long tour of doing like 500 interviews. Ha ha.
I really hope you had fun. Man. This would have been a blast to participate. If a Star Wars event happens like this in Canada, I will try my best to be there. Man it would be cool
Sharing my experience at Dublin Comic Con (Ireland) with getting photos with the celebrities, for the photo booth ones you pay a good amount of money for them and they're printed straight away for you but you get a cheaper rate for a selfie or selfie/autograph deal. Two volunteers for the convention sits with the celebrity handles the cash and the other takes the picture on the phone. Also depends on how popular the actor is for the rates that are charged. For example for Felicia Day it was roughly €80 for the autograph and selfie combo. Worth it, she was an absolute sweetheart

I got to meet The Chosen One himself Hayden Christensen last year at Florida Supercon. He was super nice, very down to earth and humble. Fun story: He signed my sketchbook drawing of Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader with the split of his personas. He signed the Vader half and I told him I was saving the other half for Matt Lanter and he smiled. He spoke highly of the Clone Wars and it cast members, and how excited he was to see his longtime friend Rosario Dawson's portrayal of Ahsoka, and I also blurted out that I had a crush on him since I was 9 and he laughed lol. I also tried I get him to tell me anything he could about Obi-Wan Kenobi at the time and he was super tight lipped lol. I hope to see him again soon. So yeah that's my favorite SW celeb encounter by far. MTFBWY.
The only Star Wars actor I have an autograph from is Billy Dee Williams and here’s my story. When I saw him at a Comic-Con, I was so excited to meet him that I didn’t notice the line of people. When I did, I felt terrible and I apologized to him and all the people in the line. He said in his very chill voice “It’s all cool man, it’s all cool.” So I went and bought a Power of the Force 2 Lando figure and I waited in line. When it came to my time, I had him sign the figure and I had someone take a picture. Unfortunately I didn’t have a smartphone so the picture was blurry. Billy Dee Williams is a very nice and cool guy. I bought a Star Wars figure with a plastic clam shell so I can put the Lando figure in there and it’s now on the wall in my room.

I had the privilege of meeting Carrie Fisher, Peter Mayhew, Warwick Davis and Billy Dee Williams at various Star Wars Weekends when they used to have them at Hollywood Studios.
Carrie, God rest her soul was just sort of there. Nice enough but not very chatty even during the Q&A.
Billy Dee was the best even being an older gentleman and not being able to move around very well still posed for pictures and was just super charming and pleasant.

@@FindingTheForce It’s weird when he appeared at Star Wars Weekends he did not do an organized signing like the rest of the cast (I can’t even imagine how long that line would be). But after he did the parade and a little speech in front of the Chinese Theatre before heading off to his panel he signed and took pictures for a few fans gathered around the stage. So he obviously didn’t mind I just think Disney didn’t want to deal with a million Star Wars fans all wanting Mark Hamill’s autograph.
Ashley is the sweetest celebrity ive ever met. She always had a long line do to her stopping and having conversations with everyone. She genuinely loves what she does and loves her fans and seeing videos like this where she did after hours is on brand. For fanexpo she would stay late and sign for every single person in line!

I met Matt for the first time and yeah, dude is the nicest guy and I had to comment how their signings are so artistic and nice and he laughed and said, its because they actually care. He also asked what my favorite episode of clones wars is and we geeked out over the episode. They are legit the nicest people ive met and really show they care about all their fans and take time to actually talk with everyone
One of my favorites was the photo op my wife and I had with Matt Lanter. We brought 2 Xenopixel lightsabers and the Legacy Skywalker saber. We posed with them for the photo, but then afterward; since we were the last in line, he began to twirl it around and play with it. He said that it was awesome, and I had him sign the case it came in afterwards. Such a fun experience!!

The only person I did a photo/autograph duo with was Bonnie Piesse, she even took the time to have a genuine conversation with me. She was such an amazing person. I also met and got autographs from Hayden Christensen, Amy Allen and Dee Bradley Baker. They were all such nice people. Dee kind of botched my autograph and felt so bad, his paint pen bled, so the signature is super thick on some areas haha. Other autographs I have but purchased and didn’t meet them are Ashley Eckstein, Temuera Morrison and Matt Lanter. I love getting to meet the actors and actresses that helped make the Star Wars galaxy come to life and I haven’t had a single bad experience with any of them, they genuinely love their fans.

I met Daniel Logan and Temura Morrison. They are my favorite actors ever! Temura Morrison not only signed my photo, but my backpack, hat, shirt, and my little brother's shirt 😂

Ashley Eckstein, Temeura Morrison, Spencer Wilding, Daniel Logan and Dorian Kingi(Cad bane BobF Body Actor) were my favorite Star Wars celebrity meets. Ashley was such a sweetheart she said the Skyguy line and I met her husband who played for my Home team Cardinals.
Temuera Morrison was great met him at Mad Monster Party Atlanta. He signed two of 3 of my figures for free. I showed him a video of my friend who voices Clones and the Fett on TH-cam both Baker and Morrison impressions, he was so impressed he did a video call with my friend.
Spencer Wilding was a awesome guy signed my Vader figure and told me what it's like to put the suit on.
I met Dorian this past weekend, he was awesome. He signed my Cad Bane figure and when I mentioned a movie people didn't know he played in called Antlers, he gave me a free photo the Antlers creature. Awesome guy.

ok I work in some movies new prequels ok? I met with all and some are great(Chris Lee, Ewan,etc) but my favorite is Mark, Mark and me are funny times and he introduced me to Carrie and Harrison(strange guy). I got a rare pics in episode 2 set and other like Christopher Lee going to set! with casual shirt etc, funny moments with Ray Park and some crazy star wars items!! and a draw by 20th Century Fox...changes to 21 Century Fox etc.

We even met Anthony daniels Ian mcdiarmid and whole clone wars cast at a smaller con in Nashville and same thing we got to talk with everyone alot longer. We met Haden Christiansen at NYCC 2021 and he signed our pops with quotes character names and talked with us for like 10 min he was amazing
I've met many SW celebrities over the years. I've met Daniel several years ago,he was a super fun guy, Anthony was very charming just as you said in this video. Last year I did get to meet Hayden,he had a very long line, but was very friendly and even chatted with fans for a few moments. The line progressed quickly but not rushed.

I met Gina Carano at San Diego Comic-Con before she was in Star Wars. After Carano retired MMA and did the reboot of American gladiators, she was signing autographs and taking photos with fans at Comic-Con for free, all you had to do was wait in line at her booth. I was lucky enough to meet her, super nice and beautiful in person.

Ashley is the greatest. I've met her once at an airport and have talked to her a few times online. If she said she's gonna check out your page she will do it. She often is online and looks at all the fan stuff about Ahsoka.
In 2017 I went to SWC Orlando, and Sarah Michelle Gellar was there. She voiced an Inquisitor on 'Rebels' but I let all my 'Buffy' friends know in advance and asked if they wanted autos from her, and they all said YEAH... until they found out she was charging $150 a pop. Yeah, NO. At least that was better than the $200 that Felicity Jones wanted (LOL!) All my friends backed out, and so did I. Instead I got autos from Freddie Prinze Jr, Taylor Gray, Steve Blum, Vanessa Marshall, Tiya Sicar and Mary Elizabeth McGlynn - all of them FOR THE SAME PRICE as Sarah. Everyone was super nice and very appreciative of their fans.
Daaang… sounds like it really pays off to shop around celebrities for prices. Ha ha.😆 I had no idea that there were so many fun celebrities out there who you can meet at conventions. Thank you so much for sharing your story man.

Star Wars actors that I’ve met: Ewan McGregor, Giancarlo Esposito, Rupert Friend, Ian McDiarmid, Anthony Daniels, Ashley Eckstein, Matt Lanter, JAT, Peter Mayhew, Jason Isaacs.
With Anthony Daniels, don’t touch his table, don’t place anything on his table and don’t film him. You do that and he’ll be friendly. I knew that before so my experience was a good one.
My most favorites are Ewan McGregor, Giancarlo Esposito, Rupert Friend, and Jason Isaacs. All of them are very engaging and you can tell that they are very thankful for their fans. I used to have Ian McDiarmid in this list but he’s changed a bit since I first met him. He used to be more friendly and more talkative. He’s super reserved and doesn’t say much. He doesn’t look too happy when he’s signing and doing photo ops. He used to be my absolute favorite. Not sure what’s going on with him. Maybe it’s his age. But v energetic in his panels. And he’s not rude or nasty in any way. Still very respectful.
My ultimate favorite was Ewan McGregor! That guy omg. He emanates such warmth and positive vibes. And he’s super appreciative of his fans. ❤️
Btw, on the Ian photo op at another con, I grabbed my ass and it’s very obvious. So don’t feel bad for grabbing your junk.
Ohhh.. you mentioned selfies. So Ian McDiarmid does do selfies at his table as does Giancarlo Esposito. I’m kinda surprised Ian does selfies being that he wants a divider between him and the fans during his photo ops but honestly I don’t blame Ian. He’s up there in age. Anthony Daniels does not do selfies.

In 2014 I got to meet Jeremy Bulloch and Daniel Logan in Salt Lake City. Jeremy was the gentleman’s gentleman, and an absolute joy to take with. He wanted to know why it took me 34 years to meet him! Daniel actually walked up to my wife and I and started talking to us. He wanted to know where we were from and all kinds of stuff, and in the end he wanted to take a picture with us! In 2017 I worked overtime to do a photo op with Anthony Daniels, and he came off as a snob and spoke to my wife and not even to me; and I’m the Star Wars fan!
I got a photo with Matt Lanter and Ashley Eckstein signed by both of them.

Expected line size is the reason why you don't see certain actors at conventions. A good example is Harrison Ford, he simply doesn't do autograph sessions due to the number of people who want to meet him.
I had a autograph signing my darth vader helmet and a picture with David Prowse with it. He was very pleasant to meet. And then a picture of an actor who played chewbacca before his died. He wasn't friendly. He looks tired and after taking his picture he left really quickly. And I had another picture of the person who don the Boba fett costume for the Empire strike back and return of the jedi. He was cool in person.

Epic Photos is really good and accommodating, I deal with them for photos at MegaCon every year.
And at MegaCon both Nathan Fillion and Brendan Frasier had a plexiglass divider and I was like “nah” but again Epic Photos said no problem. Refund.

Hey, great video. I’m still waiting for the day I can go to the SDCC or a Star Wars Celebration!!! I have been to the Pittsburgh ComiCon and the Steel City Con a lot over the past 25 years. I have met quite a few Star Wars celebrities and they’ve all been a great experience getting their autographs and getting pictures taken with them. Definitely one of my favorite actors to meet was Peter Mayhew a.k.a. Chewbacca got the pleasure of meeting him several times over the years. One of the nicest men you could ever meet and talk to. Also had the pleasure of meeting David Prowse a.k.a. Darth Vader also very nice gentleman. Never had the pleasure of meeting Carrie Fisher or Kenny Baker before they passed away so very sad about that. MTFBWYA!!!! 😎

I met Amy Allen and Orli Shoshan (Aayla Secura and Shaak Ti) at a small Comic Con close to my hometown and I met Orli first and got my picture and an autograph from her. She was so sweet and then I met Amy Allen, whose booth was next to Orli's. I also got an autograph and a picture with Amy and suddenly Orli photobombed the pic 😂 It was funny and she actually posed with me and Amy. So I got my picture with both of them at the same time. It was a very wholesome and sweet moment. Highly recommend both of them, they're precious 💕

So far I've met and signatures from Ashley Eckstein, James Arnold Taylor and Matt Lanter. Mat and JAT signed a Clone Wars poster for me and I also got a selfie with JAT, hes VERY cool, I strongly recommend meeting him. Matt was pretty cool, did an great quote (for extra fee) on my poster. Ashley is Awesome, I got a pro photo with her with me cosplayed as Obi Wan and I had Ahsokas Clone Wars sabers, she held one and I the other. I also had her sign my Special Ed. Ahsoka Rebels saber box - bummed I forgot to get a pic of her signing that, I was so star struck and she was so cool.

I _have_ been to a lot of Comicons and one FanExpo. I haven't been able to meet any Star Wars celebs yet but I get a few autographs and photo ops from other celebs I enjoy every time I've gone to a convention (and a few special events at Creation Entertainment's Supernatural cons).
Despite not meeting any Star Wars ppl, I _did_ wear my Obi-Wan cosplay on a day I was meeting Nathan Fillion! I thought "space wizards are close enough to space cowboys!" and went with it. Granted, I had just acquired the cosplay and was really excited to wear it at the next possible opportunity and a photo op was the perfect place! And yeah, photo ops happen in like, 15 seconds, especially for the big guys! I don't know what face I'm making 90% of the time.
I've only done two Table Photos, as I do prefer the photo op sessions! I have a table photo with Kevin Conroy after he signed my Arkham City action figure, he was super nice and we talked about the games and my costume-and he was doing table photos for free. I'll treasure that awesome interaction forever.
The other table photo was with Billie Piper. It was late 2021 and photo ops were still done with the plexiglass barrier. I'd done plexiglass barrier pics at SpnCon earlier that year and they were still fun + often silly and playful, but it didn't _quite_ feel worth the price, so I chose a table pic at FanExpo.
I'm taking a break from cons so I can save up for a Disney Park trip, but Celebration sells out so fast it'll be years before I can go anyways 😅
I had my book signed by Dave Prowse he was really nice. May he rest in Peace. And my partner had a picture and a signing with Anthony Daniels, he was nice too. It was at Star Wars celebration 2007 London. I'm going on the Monday at this years Celebration, Can't believe how much the prices have gone up for the Autographs. Hoping to get Diego lunars autograph, am looking forward to it, thanks for the tips.
I haven't had the chance to meet her in person, but back during the dark times in 2020-2021, a con in my state was doing video chats with celebrities. I met several Star Wars actors and others. I talked to Michael Biehn, who was really awesome, Taylor Gray, who voiced Ezra; John Turk, who was unmasked Sub Zero in MK3; and Ashley. Taylor was great, and I will be able to meet him in person at the end of July. John is a great guy. Michael was awesome as well. However, the best one was the video chat with Ashley. To my knowledge, I'd never met her before that video call. However, she knew who I was and asked me specifically about my Episode 8 Luke cosplay I did. I honestly was speechless. I was racking my brain trying to figure out how she knew me, but I never figured it out. She is such an awesome woman. I really hope I get to meet her in person one day. That was one of the coolest conversations I've had with a celebrity.
I met Femi Taylor - Oola once, I gave her a sketch I did of her. Very nice and chatty, had loads of time with her as this was years ago in a not very busy place in the UK. Great day!

Hey man me and my wife met ewan in San Antonio Super hero comic right after celebration in August and they told us that same thing in line but we talked with him for like 10 min and he put the quote "I will do what I must" and character name on our duel on mustafar funko pop he was amazing and afterwards he gave my wife a hug and gave me a fist bump he is amazing I would suggest going to the smaller cons they tend to be better you can talk with them alot longer

i was at the whole celebration and came up from aus. i found it extremly unfair they released the ewan mcgregor photo ops with no warning no announcement when i was asleep in aus in my time zone. so he sold out and didn't even get a chance to meet him. but the rest of the con was absolutely amazing

I got a bundle, got an autograph and picture with Christina Ricci, and two of the Charmed ones from Charmed. It was 50 each but if you got the bundle of was 80.
I'm kinda the same as you in regards to not knowing to go autographs or photo, I'm going to dublin comic con in a few weeks and Peter weller(robocop) is going to be there. So got the photo op, also dominique mcgellorot (Queen maeve from the boys) is also there so ill get her autograph and maybe see if I can get a selfie as I've never done a con before so it's all new to me 😂

I was there for Gian Carlo's autograph when it got delayed 2 hours. His handler said he got held at a press con for hours. She felt bad and gave me a free photo selfie with Gian Carlo!

Those of who worked signatures remembered you. Despite being told not to film you kept filming. Most of fans were great but we made note of those who were rude… you were one of them.
Guilty as charged. not all the footage was mine, but it was too hard to resist the urge, standing in line for hours playing on your phone. 😬🤷🏼♂️

Rude? Without these people going to cons you wouldn’t be working it. Check your privilege. People pay their hard earn money at hard jobs for someone to sign a piece of picture or take a photo and they make more than most people in a year.
I met Ashley Eckstein for a photo op with my fiancé and 9 month old baby and she stopped the shoot to get her phone out her bag to take a video selfie with us for her own instagram. We met her the next day for a signature and she recognised us and chatter for ages. Hands down the best celebrity I have ever met!

Hey Kuya. I wish I could go to London next year but it’s really just too far with the kids being so little. Can’t be away from home so long. I think comic con is going on right now? Not sure how I missed that, I’ll have to keep my ear out for more conventions. It was a lot of fun.

For Autographs and Photos, Jedi VIP Package is the way to go. I had it, saved me a ton of time, and even helped others without the VIP save time and skip the long lines. Great video.

In a way you have to thank your mistake because you got what you wanted, to not be able to take a pic or record yourself meeting the actor while getting their signature or autograph is ridiculous maybe Anthony didn't mind but the wife did or maybe because there is no fee to be had reasonsing as to why she didn't permit it and the miscommunication between the wife and the security personnel is also ridiculous but it all worked out fine, Anthony wasn't angry maybe a little disappointed, I don't think he was offended and he may don't even care that happen and won't even remember that when he's got other things to do and other people to meet and greet that day, if they come to sue you for that video later on you know what to do, You don't need to apologize for that but glad you decided to buy Anthony book to support him.

@ Finding The Force: 👍Great video dude. I never been to a Star Wars convention yet but would be awesome if the time comes. I been however attend other conversations where I met celebrities of all kinds. And many are so nice and took time to talk with me about previous works they've done. I so nervous meeting Amy Jo Johnson in person in 2019 in Minneapolis that after talking with her I had a bad headache come on,lol. Bad enough that there was two hours before my next Photo Op with Cobra Kai cast William Zabka and Martin Kove, and told my friends I can't wait that long so we left. I've done alot of Video Chats aswell which were great. One of them being with actress Olivia D' Abo, which I think I only paid for 2 minute chat but the two of us got to chatting so much I guess , dunno if she lost track of time or something but the chat lasted 8 minutes. So I know I got more than I paid. She was that nice and polite and easy to talk with. She's funny too imitating Arnold,lol. Actress Cerina Vincent was really nice too and easy talk to. I can't wait to be going to Flashback Weekend in Chicago next month to meet horror celebrities.

Sharing my experience at Dublin Comic Con (Ireland) with getting photos with the celebrities, for the photo booth ones you pay a good amount of money for them and they're printed straight away for you but you get a cheaper rate for a selfie or selfie/autograph deal. Two volunteers for the convention sits with the celebrity handles the cash and the other takes the picture on the phone.
Also depends on how popular the actor is for the rates that are charged. For example for Felicia Day it was roughly €80 for the autograph and selfie combo. Worth it, she was an absolute sweetheart
