Man, videos like these make people so inspired to go out and shoot, the 135 is a BEAST! Definitely going to make that my next lens, currently have a 24 1.4 from sigma and an 85 1.8. 😈

Great shots of the city, and the rain added to the cool look. Must get down there with my Sigma 8-16mm. I think the ultra wide would work well down there.

I have an important question and I hope you can help me with it, so the think is that I’m between buying the a7rii or the a7iii, I mainly shoot photography (not interested on film making at all) so I would love your opinion mate, like the a7iii have some newer futures but I don’t know till which point is that worth it

You could make a video of how to know when the photos or videos are well exposed at the time of taking the photo or recording, explaining how you put the iso, the aperture and make those photons come out and in video how to know the appropriate exposure
There are many TH-cam videos explaining exactly that bro, take some time browsing TH-cam and you will learn so much, also there is a light meter on some cameras(Sony forsure) that will tell you if the shot is correctly exposed.

Why were you concerned about the wb if you're shooting raw?
Because I wasn’t sure if I wanted them to look more blue or not, as I think shooting in daytime WB looks really good!🤙🏽

Do you have any videos where you break down your street photography process? e.g. do you use aperture priority or full manual etc? You scoot through the settings so fast for each pic it's difficult to make out the process.

Why so many street/night photographers use A7III? Are there any advantages over let's say EOS R/RP...? Can i get similar results with them?

@@matemitmati1944 Just from reviews and videos on youtube! I use a canon 200d at the moment and my next camera will be an a7ii or a7iii if i have the money. The ibis and low light capabilities will make it so good for night time photography which is what im into :D
Im looking to get into digital photography as i only photographed analog and its kinda expensive cause i shoot a lot of film... so i wondered what would be a good street photography camera (light, compact,...) which is capable of shooting photos in low light like you did here in this video?
I dont really wanna spend more than 500 or 600$ but it also doesnt matter to me if its a used product (so it could cost more originally but i get it for less money) excuse my bad english xd
I started off with a Nikon d3500 which was a great beginner camera but then I upgraded to the Sony a7iii and the quality of low light shots skyrocketed. The lens you use also plays a big role in low light shots, look into prime lenses for light light photography.
How are you taking such sharp photos, do you use autofocus? And what f stop do you use for the more overall sharp images? For example at 8:14
Most of these photos I shot at either F.1.8 or F2
hes using sony a7iii i think and yes he is using autofocus, the green thing that you see at 8.14 is a the camera autofocusing for him
are the pictures edited or through the lens
all been edited bro 🔥 I grade them before I put them on screen 👌🏼
Are you using continuous burst here?
Yeah for some shots I was using single burst and for the action shots or if I’m trying to capture movement (when shooting the trains) I would switch to high continuous!🙌🏼 hope this helps!

Ben i need your help lol. I currently have a sony a6000 (crop), a 50mm 1.8f and a 24mm 1.4. Do i get the 85 1.4 or the a7iii
It depends, if you want to up your video quality and feel you need a full frame camera, I would advise to maybe go for the A7III but if your happy with your gear you have currently go for the 85mm
@@BenMaclean im purely a photographer. Is there a noticable difference in the quality of the pictures captured or is it fairly minimal?. Was thinking theres possibly potential that right now the 85 on a crop could make it alot less versatile, the 85 on a full fram seems v good though

It’s all manual, learn to use it it’s very helpful to know, there are many TH-cam vids that will teach you all about the basic camera settings
