Sierra Leone developers need to come and learn in Nigeria. All I can see here is an old fashioned big house, from painting to other finishing work. 🤣🤣🤣

Quick question! Why do sierra leoneans love painting their houses dark brown, blue, orange, bright yellow, pink?? It makes the house so dark, especially inside the house.

Not appealing at all. Some African cities have absolutely beautiful homes but I have not seen one home I would buy in Sierra Leone. I’m in the USA and recently learned through a DNA test, my ancestors are from the Mende tribe. I have been watching TH-cam videos about Sierra Leone and other Africa countries over 2 years. Sierra Leone needs better city planners, architects and designers. Sierra Leone looks like what the US looked like prior to the 1960s.

Beautiful house, but why would I or anyone want to rent a house for that's amount? instead of buying a land and building my own house.. Unless if the person that's want to rent the house is getting the money from a tree, doing illegal jobs or a fraudsters?

Hopefully I will get that's amount before I start making my way back to my Country in a few years time after almost 20 years in England.. Lol 🙏 🙏 🙏 am thinking about building a small house for my late brother kids by God's grace seeing that's amount just for rent is giving me a sleepless night I don't even pay that's much here in England per year 👀
It depends what Area you want to buy land, I bought my land for $12,000 in Freetown. And my friend rent a house for $18,000 houses are very expensive in Sierra Leone 🇸🇱 tho….
