Trynd autos, and occasionally spins. That’s it. No bleed, poison, just auto attacks. And trynd killed someone without auto attacking them

Illaoi apperently can trigger her tentacles with the bolts if you use W right after an auto attack
Braum passive gets stacked on multiple targets
Yi gets super fast resets for q and passive procs
Yes, and its amazing how morde cant deal with you in his ult if you have one tentacle, land e and conqueror
Master Yi, Renekton, Xin Zhao, Olaf and Warwick are going to be absurd with this item change
on hit yi with these changes sounds absolutely toxic

Also rageblade with runaans? Possible equivalent of 5 autos with 1 hit?
New Hullbreaker? Extra damage at 5th attack (or every other attack with Runnan / Rageblade?
As a Varus main, I know that Runaan's Hurricane does not synergize with Rageblade. The passive phantom hit of Rageblade that applies on-hits twice every third attack will only get applied to your primary target. If this applied to Runaan's secondary targets Varus would be an absolute monster.
Edit: To be honest, I always thought that Rageblade really should synergize with Runaan's Hurricane since Rageblade was always about amplifying your on-hits.
renekton? also melee with fury mechanic.
while he's a a bit counter-intuitive due to being more of a caster, that just means he's less vulnerable while abilities are on CD.
pantheon? empowered ability with every other attack.
nocturne? cleaves (and heals) every AA.

People always get fed and say something is broken, same thing when playing against someone fed, enemy zed 12-0 "omg zeds broken"
Runnan is actually broken on champions like Yasuo. Imagine a Yasuo with Bork Runnan and IE.
Yasuo do EQ on 3 champions.
His combo is EQ auto R Q and this combo apply:
EQ bork + runnan on hit, runnan volts that also apply another round of bork and runnan critical on hit.
Then his autoattack apply 1 round of bork and runnan on hit to the 3 champs.
Then after his ultimate he secures another Q that apply the bork and runnan to the 3 targets. If Q hit more than one champion it also apply that extra bork and runnan on hit.
Let's put a practical example. 3 champions are hidde in a bush in baron and malphite ultis them, yasuo flashes uses EQ on them and auto before they touch the ground, Ultis to keep them in the air again and Q again the 3 targets after the ulti. The 2 most far away champions from Yasuo take the next dmg:
- Q bork and runnan on hit dmg.
- Runnan volts (the Q launch them) that apply on hit effects.
- Runnan volts (the auto on first target launches them again)
- Q bork and runnan on hit dmg again (the Q after ultimate)
- Runnan volts (the Q launch them again) that apply on hit effects.
So those 2 extra targets take in total in 1 Yasuo combo:
5 procs of bork
5 procs of critical runnan on hit
5 procs of bork taking in count armor, and how each hit does a bit less dmg than the hit before (cuz is % of current hp, not max hp) are probably doing around 35% max hp true dmg.
5 procs of runnan with 100% crit and IE are doing 270 magic dmg + 380 phisical dmg. Probably around 400 true dmg (depends on champion resists, yasuo lvl and extra items)
Also they took 2Q and 1ultimate that can be around 750 true dmg.
So with one Yasuo combo on 3 targets you are doing:
35% max hp + 400 + 750.
Lets say you hit a Twitch with 1800hp.
630 + 500 + 750 = 1780 true dmg.
So you are basically oneshooting 2 extra champions that are not even your main focus.
Ofc numbers can change, this is just a fast stimation, but numbers are going to be arround there. Im making the calculation with a midgame Yasuo (lvl2 ultimate) with Bork, Runnan and IE as items against a lvl12 twitch with some extra armor and magic resist.
Yone can also be a heavy abuser because his E is broken with Bork and ultimate that puts everyone in same pixel to hit the Q on multiple targets.
I don't think runnan it's going to always be core on those champions, but for sure it's going to be a core on snowball builds.

runaans works on illaoi if there's 3 people you can auto w and it procs 3 tentacle slams. definitely a bug xD

Titanic, Runnan and full tank.
Fizz with Nashors and runnan may be broken as fuck too cuz Q im sure it will apply Runnans and W dmg. And since with full Ap Fizz you always overkill your target, you don't mind the nashors.
In gwen may be decent too.
Warwick can be another decent use, ultimate should apply the multiple runnan hits and increasse the healling you get from ulti someone when there is minions or other champions arround.
In Yone and Yasuo may work too. Yasuo is probably crazy with it and titanic because the E Q with titanic already does a lot of aoe, if you add runnans may be crazy aoe.
Wukong may be very fun if the clon apply the runnans, you duplicate the onhit effects xD
Illaoi is bugged and if you do auto + W reset
each tentacle hit 3 or 4 times instead of 1 or 2.
Does that work for Darius bleed proc?
I'd assume it would, however, there is literally NO point running runnanns on Darius, as he doesn't synergise well with onhit items or AS.

Because it hit with handle, not with the blade of the axe. The indicator and animation are wrong. The edge of blade and the handle are a bit bigger than shown in animation/indicator.
Handle does less dmg and dosn't stack pasive.

That's not a theory... Runaan's copies your auto, so if your auto is enhanced so will the Runaan's.

I always wondered why runaans wasn't available for melee champs, but Infinity Edge always was available for ranged champions. As if Twitch shoots infinity edges as arrows.
