Thanks Tom, really interesting content to add to your usual style content. Silvia did a great job showing everything, so great and lovely with the italian accent 😀
Thank you. told you about the availability of the Mignon SD Pro? And a price range? for availability, I heard before summer (65 mm burrs) but no price.
I agree with that. That’s why I made a video comparing the various models a while ago. Adding the Oro line, and these new grinders makes the array even larger. But she did a good job explaining the differences. 👍🏻
What a great front-person for Eureka. She knew the products inside-out. Some absolutely compelling machinery on display. I may only have a diminutive Brew Pro, but that glorious bubblegum pink Atom…wow!
Eyeballing the scale, tamping station, and espresso machine 👀 the machine may be fancier than I can afford but tempting. I loved my eureka grinder I had. That new pro looks really cool
Any indication of when the espresso machines will be available? I have a Eureka Grinder might be fun to match with their espresso machine. She mentioned 2024 hopefully sooner than later so you can review.
then you're in pretty good company... you knew how to leave Italy... more seriously, thank you to this young woman whose explanations are very clear. Personally, I'd like to know if the deadlines will be maintained and above all I'd like to know the price of the Single Dosing Pro 65mm.
Hi there Tom! Could you make a video on how to set up a Eureka Firenze 75? Mine doesn’t seem to grind the coffee even though i already play around with the grind size. Perhaps something that i did was wrong?
Looks like Eureka is going all in this year. Great news even though I hoped for more grind-to-weight grinders at various price points perhaps. And why they don’t make the larger dial standard is beyond me tbh. Did she tell you by the way if any new items will be sold in certain markets only? I hope not but it happens, right?
Hi everyone, hi Tom! Has anyone some news about the Specialita Up release date? It has been announced some 8 months ago now, but I don't find anything about it on the web...
I was gonna pull the trigger on a Libra but I saw a lot of users having issues with the system. I’m gonna wait until they nail it down. In the meantime I ordered a df64 gen 2 to hold me out.
Why did they not introduce the new grind knob that they use for the single dose oro with the other oro models? and specialita? It clearly is something many customers complain about
Atom W series should be the high end one, but I cannot see on the screen a burr distance function, like in Atom Smart. This technology was already developed and used in Atom Lucca - a project done in cooperation with Clive Coffee. So, I'm wondering why this very useful feature is not used in all new high end grinders of Eureka, as a standard one.
Maybe its just me but I prefer the "old-school" display from my Specialitá over the new touch from the 1920. I like the simplicity. Sometimes less is more.
In your opinion, is there much difference in grinding quality between a Eureka Mignon Specialità and a Perfetto? Does 5mm flat burrs make a decisive difference? Thank you!

Hi Tom! I have a question for you regarding the delonghi dedica arte. I have been having concistant problems with underextraction. I'm using a wilfa svart grinder at its finest setting, and I know it's not meant for espresso due to the burr quality but I don't believe the extraction would be as extreme as it is. With 18g in 36g out, I'm pulling about a 12 second shot. Do you know any other variables that cod be affecting this? Thanks

Can we order these new dials for our existing Mignons that we cannot use to its full potential? You(Eureka) updated the digital display, BUT left the grind dial small?? What the heck are they thinking?
The new models are mainly divided into two categories: 1) models with a new screen 2) models with new rev-counter dial. I do admit a lot of great products personally would like to tried out, the new Atom, new Libra and not in this video but the Techino. But I must said theirs a lot of unnecessary products should be discontinued after the new come up. For example, Atom series, I believe this is 3rd or more generation right now and they still selling all the older model, the one with button, other with touchscreen/EX models, and this one now add on the scale plus some new series. The naming is even more confusing now that Atom series separated to W/EX/Smart/Barista.I don’t know but this is so confusing for me. Not to mentioned the Mignon series, and why you guys named all the Oro series grinders starting with Mignion as well?! Also New Atom series and new Libra, why not diamond inside burrs? What set apart from W/EX/Smart/Barista model? Is the Stark and XL basically the same, same with Perfetto and Bravo. And isn’t the Turbo just a Stark/XL without diamonds inside burrs? The Silenzio and Classico has no difference on noise levels, so what make it a different? There are so many unnecessary products, I love Eureka, I think they guys make a best home used grinder the Oro Single does and Libra I used at home, and some of the best small volume used commercial grinder, the Atom touch 75 and Helios 75 that I owned for my cafe business before. But just the line up need to be tied up.
